He would win Giro anyway is your excuse for this fuck up situation?
What is wrong with you?..Really
Who fucked up the situation? It seems that team managers who were not paying 100% attention to race radio did that for their teams. So yeah, his time gain is perfectly legit, what is wrong with you Guido? Also Quintana was 1.30 in the lead when he hit the front at foot of the climb. In the end it was 3.30-4.50 to biggest favourites. We will never now what he would gain from the favourites group, but what is your advice now, stop the race?
There's nothing to do now. But I doubt he'll be that superior if the other GC contenders were with him. You know, shadowing the attacks etc., because when Hesjedal was able to hang on with Nairo, I don't think that likes like Pozzovivo, Aru, Keldermerckx () won't be able to do the same thing.

Why the disrespect for Merckx?
Anyway, don't know if it's already been mentioned, but Lefevere decided to take the case to an attorney. He blames the jury, the organisers and the UCI. |

Wut? I have lot of respect towards him.
And to be honest, that Lefevere reaction is just lame. What the hell he thinks he gain?

Lefevre
Watching the replay, the ones who lost time today have nothibg but to blame themselves. They didn't want to work and they just kept attacking but they didn't want to carry each other. |

To be honest. If I was in a huge professional race I would not stop unless it was properly announced. Just get on the race. Group Uran was so boring till Kelderman made it more interesting.
And tomorrow's stage has breakaway written all over it unless one of the sprinter teams decides to actually chasen. Im going to guess rider will be from Colombia, Androni, Europcar, Sky or Neri Sartoli.

I'm with you.
IF Quintana really "broke the rules", and passed a flag he wasn't allowed too. The organisation of the Giro would've fined him or given him a time penalty.
Didn't happen.
Lefevre should stop whining |

Oh ok. I thought at some point in yesterday's stage the commentators said he had abandoned. |

Don't know why people are acting so naive. As if Quintana won only because of gap on descent. There was like 1 min gap at base of Stelvio and at climb there was 4min gap. And he rode last climb alone. Surely we know Quintana can ride on tempo on climb better than guys like Uran, Majka, Pozzovivo. So he would have won on difficult climb irrespective only time gap would be less |

Was wachting on sporza yesterday, they called someone in the lotto car and that guy said the organisation just said it would be dangerous.
Nice to see Quintana race so strong, and a kind of funny so many teams misread the info. |

How at all was kubys comment disrespectful?
All he was saying is the guys nickname which is given to him because some say he may be the next Merckx. He rode very well yesterday and I think a Top 5 from him is quite likely and he is an outside contender for the GC podium which would be huge for him.

I can understand Lefevre, but have to agree it is a bit lame though. Still, this was a huge mistake from the organisation, and the man has a point if he's right about the announcements and the red flags.
Let's just have Quintana make the gap even bigger, so there's no discussion about this anymore.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Not really much interest in tomorrow I believe. A flattish stage but unless FDJ chase for Bouhanni the breakaway will win so chances are the break will win. Could be a very big breakaway as well.
