Do you have a source for Monfort to Lotto? If it's true that is another great addition for them. Really smart transfers from them

Nope, he has won too much this year to be good at BMC
I think he would better go to Astana or Trek

Costa will reveal his choice after the worlds, by the way
The road race is apparently a big target for him. Imagine if he were to win, and then join BMC. That would mean a 5th former or current world road champion riding for them.

Honestly, I could see him winning. Depends on how the race plays out of course, but if it comes down to a small group at the finish, I like his chances.

Yes the link is in my 1st post on this page. Only team even mentioned in conetion with him. The link I posted has only reported rumors or moves that are known via team management. Each rider has only 1 team tied to the, and that team has made a public statement about the rider. It isnt set in stone they will be on the team...but the team is making the most of trying to get them.
I think Costa may goto BMC. TVG is very good, but add another good rider to help him, and what a strong team they have. Evans only has 1-2 years of strong riding left. Meaning if signed, Costa or TVG will be the team leader.

He won Fleche, was 3rd at Tirreno and 5th at the Giro in the season after he won the WC jersey and that's before we even mention his amazing 2011 season...

He's like 36, not everyone can age and be as good as Chris Horner

Yes, people get old, and when you get old, you get worse. Otherwise Merckx would still win everything. Dont forget Evans is already 36

peole have a short memory. they only see the latest result at the tour.
he's still very capable of top 10 grand tours in the next 2 years. But he cannot race two grand tours in the same year anymore. |

A Worlds win is worth more all he's won and all he'll win put together.
