Belatedly realised why CAS was so annoyed at being overhauled in the last few metres. Apart from anything else he would have been a close 2nd in the KOM if he had finished 2nd.

Can I just say one thing? In July 2011, if I told you that Chris Froome would be podiuming on mountain stages and winning them, while in 2nd overall, what would you truly believe, all bias aside?
Hell no However I believe the parasites did stop his progress at one point totally. He got rid of them in that summer and began working exclusively with Julich.
Then Vuelta - he shocked everyone.
After Vuelta I believed he could win a lot - and he did. Before Vuelta, never He made his total rocket breakthrough there. Did he dope ? Well, maybe. He was tested a lot, and they didn't find anything. They might use uber-drugs undetectable, they might. But who knows.
I enjoy the way he rides, his charisma and humblenesses in him. And that's why I like him.

During yesterday's stage, Saronni (Lampre's DS) reported they were very close to sign Froome during last Vuelta's first week. After his Vuelta performance Sky came back with a wage offer 10 times bigger than Lampre's and re-signed him. |

+1 He does seem like a really nice, humble guy in the interviews I've seen. Hope he's clean, I really do.

Yes, always comes across very well and no-one seems to have bad word to say about him. Like almost any rider he may or may not be clean. I hope he's clean and am enjoying watching him race (or stop racing when told to ). |

You just talked about doping in this thread and not in the specific thread. You should ban yourself.
Pozzato sucks!

I should, shouldn't I ?
Well at least I was asked about baseballlover312 to give my opinion, rather than those remarks by Kirchen he made throughout the stage today wchich were completely pointless ( and again no offence to him as except those constant remarks he's a really good poster ).
