Both of them. From PCM if you want to find every FA rider separately (PCM2013) or from the excel where they be flagged as FAs  |

Listen up, everybody, here is your FA DB. I put some work into it to make it as handy as possible with my rather limited excel skills.
@Ollfardh: It would be nice if you could put that DB (or just the next version if people wanna wait until the last renewals will be done) at some spot where everybody recognizes it.
IMPORTANT NOTES!
- The teams are not really important for you. I recommend you filter "FA" out of the teams, then you have a nice list of all FAs, which you can then sort and filter and whatsoever.
- The renewals of some teams are not included yet as they haven't been done by the owners or the owners are already gone. So it could be as well that some of the guys being listed on those teams will be FAs, because they won't be resigned. In those cases there is a "(maybe FA)" behind the team's name.
- Riders on WAIT are still listed as part of their team, because they are no FAs (yet).
- Consider that everybody with a stat above 77 is not available for drafts, only for FA signing.
- This DB can't be used for actually checking teams, because the stats are not matching those of EPIC DB and many riders from the existent teams are missing, because they retired IRL or never existed IRL...
I hope you guys appreciate this, if there's any problems feel free to ask. Credit also goes to Atlantius, because his post-renewals DB made it much easier to get the riders right.

PS: you might want to underline that last point. I had a small heart attack when looknig at Belkin's stats

Just a small but very important mistake. Peter Velits isn't a FA, it should be Martin.
I got confused, then shat myself and then cried a little before I realised it was a mistake.
