They're brothers according to either Danny Nelissen or Michel Wuyts. Can't remember what race it was and who I was watching, but it was a cobbled classic and Mike was in the break of the day.
Really? Couldn't find that anywhere...
Of course, now Mike deserves potential 7
Yeah, I just double checked. The 'classic' I meant was Driedaagse De Panne, Mike was racing there. By the way, it says hes Niki's brother on his own website

Sorry to go so off-topic by the way. |

About Pozzato: he is still a world class cobbles rider, but he has been suffering with the extreme weather conditions a lot. This has nothing to do with being unfocused after winning a 1.1 race or him getting old and losing his abilities. So the best way to deal with his performance is to set his weather preferences to hating rain and cold. |

Question: Do you guys only consider results or does being a leader in a race also affect stats?
For example, Dennis Vanendert is today's leader for Lotto-Belisol (in de Brabantse Pijl), but his in-game stats don't reflect that. |

I think Yoann Offredo could be upped in his secondary stats. 73/74 END, 70/71 RES. He is strong in classics and upping his endurance and resistance would help him in these races.
Fabio Silvestre 65 in HIL instead of 63.
Kristian Sbaragli needs an overall boost.
Dennis van Niekerk is too strong in MO with 72 and HIL 71.
Filippo Fortin maybe a slight decrease in potential.
Bryan Coquard HIL, (MO), COB needs a boost.
Johan Le Bon needs an overall boost, but i think he will get anyway.
Riccardo Zoidl maybe 67/68 in MO 70 in HIL, because i don't think with his current stats he would get 5th at Settimana Coppi e Bartali, even though it was his spring highlight.
Lukas Pöstlberger needs to be included. Stage winner and 6th place in prologue Tour de l'Avenir 2012, Austrian Road Race Champion, Top20 GC Settimana Coppi e Bartali and on two stages.
Nuno Ribeiro generally decrease, but especially MO and HIL.
Thomas Peterson 72 MO instead of 73 would suit him better, but not that important.
Pablo Lastras 73 MO and 75 HIL is way too much. I think as older he gets as worse he gets uphill.
Thomas Löfkvist and Yaroslav Popovych could be upped again slightly, after being decreased over the last years. Second only in COB, Löfkvist generally.

Maybe you could also add some U23 riders. Shalunov, Chamorro Chitan, Villella, Lecuisinier, Valgren Andersen, Polanc, come to my mind.
And some additional races for U23 would be cool. Avenir, Liege-Bastogne-Liege is already there, but Paris-Roubaix, Girobio would also give you more results for young cyclists. |

I agree about more U23 riders.
The issue with U23 races is that, at least from my experiences, it's an unstable part of the game. Moving around the dates can make the game crash, adding more races can make the game crash - always for inexplicable reasons, only fixable by removing the changes again.
Now, I haven't been in charge of the PCM.daily DB for a while, so I don't know if this works better in PCM12. However, this is the reason why we didn't include more U23 races with the 2012 DB. |

Valgren Andersen is in Cult - Energy Team.

I included Paris Roubaix Espoirs, Girobio and U23 World Championships in the db on my own and i was not experiencing any problems. I took the existing stages, but yeah if it makes the game unstable, than it is better to not include them. |

Ok, i didn't look them up all in the db, but i still think there should be more U23 riders. |

I know it's a bit offtopic, but a while ago I published a Daily DB update with a full U23 calendar, and there is no problem of crashes during the careers. https://www.pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthr...ost_682828 you might want to take a look. |

Cool, maybe you can make that again after the Ardennes update. |

@zmiquel91 Yes, you should make that again when there's a new update!
I really like it, and I use it for my careers. So much new races
A bit too much stages with the San Remo profile though
@CrueTrue I've got tons of added races, and am not experiencing problems. Just like Ppanther, it are all stages that are already in-game though

As said, this was with previous versions of the game. Might work perfectly now, not doubting that |

I would give Martijn Tusveld(RB3) a big hill boost.(and maybe some stamina and a small boost in a few other stats)
He was 18th at Alentejo, but the main point is that he got 4th in LBL U23 today.
I'm not sure what his HI stat should become, around 66-67 maybe? At least higher than his current 62.

Not enough to justify a boost like that, imo.
Especially considering that LBL Espoirs really isn't much of an indication of who's a talent and who isn't. As mentioned by Alakagom in the Other Races thread:

However since this race began in 2005, the winner is yet to become a established top name in racing in future..

Yeah, I saw Alakagom's post just after I posted this. Didn't know that
But well, he deserves a boost to 64-65, considering the hill stat of the rest of the Top 5, I guess...
Tusveld's stats are extremely weak at the moment...

Alentejo is hardly a major race.... 62 is fine for now imo (maybe 63)

Malori's hill stat should be upped to about 71. The stage were he took the pink jersey in the Giro was a tough hilly stage.

This was not flat either.

70 would also suit him. He is not bad but his results are not that outstanding either.
Rui Sousa never ever should have 74 MO and 72 HIL.
Westra also needs a little MO boost. I don't think 70 would allow him to get the results he gets.
Chris Froome has 66 in SP, which would put him under the best sprinters of GC guys and i don't think that he is almost as fast as Rodriguez or faster than Mollema.
I generally think some of the climbers have too high SP stats. Nobody except of Horner has under 60 from the top 50 climbers, or so. On the other hand there are much more sprinters with MO less than 60.
