As most teams already set, could propose that the leftover riders get amalgamated together in a composite team that could race using the World Cycling Centre jersey from previous seasons; would be a nice continuation of that theme, and would be a good fit for Ferreyra.

What happens to the riders who are nominated by can't find a team before the deadline? Will they be randomly assigned to a team or just not participate?

I don't think that lill be the case - the maximum number of riders a team can have is 8 and all the announced teams have 8 riders each.
