12 hours until bids can still be confirmed, no new bids may be posted in the threads or new riders. If no acceptable offer is received, Meijers will be joining Lufthansa. In the unlikely event that there are two offers of 0, Team Coldeportes will be prioritised since they made the first offer for him.
I hope OZrocker will confirm the bid soon. The time limit is almost up...
this worked out pretty horrible...was after 2 bigger trades, both busted at the end + what looks like to be the failed gamble on a cheap Enger despite seeing Celesio in need of freeing up some budget...on the same time thrown away some decent riders - not the best of transfer periods for us this round was - but including the action before I´m still enjoying how my first year in WT will look like...

Although I've responded to both Bikex and AbhishekLFC individually, I think I'd better clear this up here too. After posting that, I PM'd jserna to ask if he would increase his bid to 0. He agreed to do so, but didn't post an offer in the transfer thread before the deadline passed.
Therefore, the new offer was invalid so Meijers will indeed be headed to Lufthansa.
Quite pleased with the transfers in this round. Brought in a second sprinter and a TT rider who will work in the flats and has decent support stats too. Leveraged the buying power of a couple of young talents to get in a couple of domestiques, something which I'd failed to do in the FA itself. Still have a bunch of bright prospects in the team. And plan to bring in a couple more.
Eventually got what I wanted more or less. Was hoping to get the extra cash needed from Van Poppel, but I was looking to strengthen our time-trial depth as well so Koren was a very nice consolation. 3 low price riders still to sign, but I think we've got a much more diverse squad than in previous years and better climbing depth which will be desperately needed to survive the World Tour.
