A chance to watch something historic possibly? And the tickets weren't that expensive either. I'm not surprised they sold out so quickly with only 6,000 available...

Letter to fabian from a young fan
"Dear Spartacus, My name is Michael and I am your biggest fan. I watch all your races. I am very sad you hurt your back. My Daddy says that you will be on your bike soon because you are tough as nails. Please get well soon as I will miss you on TV! Love, Michael. England" |

Made my day
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Scalpers would be the term here in the states or the nice term of ticket broker.
stating something is a sellout is usually pretty suspect for any event considering huge numbers are given to certain groups as comps or to resell themselves.
But I am sure there will be a very good crowd for this considering and I actually would watch it myself. Considering the mediocre guys who are setting this record it would be nice to see a real strong number put up. |

And on the day that Astana keeps their license ... rumours going around the Fabio Aru is having 'issues' with his Biological Passport
Tweets from Greg Henderson:
Sad to see @fabaro1 "sick". Mate make sure next time u come back to our sport "healthy". Aka. Clean! #biopassport! Or don't come back!
I am so sick of it. It becomes common knowledge within days. Why try cheat.
He got the wrong twitter identity, but other than that, it's nice to see riders actually speak out against others.

Honestly I'm not surprised either. He's always been a talent but he even blowing guys away his own age in U23, and last year he broke out just as Scarponi lost time int he Giro. I wanted to think he's clean, but I love Greg Henderson for speaking the truth and not giving two craps otherwise.

Henderson just continues with his reputation as one of the best people in the sport. Good for him, actually breaking the omerta.

Interesting if it's true, the day after Astana keep there licence a biopassport issue gets flagged from one of there top riders hmmm coincidence perhaps or the UCI trying to not look weak.

Henderson has retracted his tweet, though it does sound a bit sarcastic
Anyway I just tweeted him to tell him he was probably right.
