Didn't see this finish but Degenkolb looking in super shape for the climbs this spring but the jury is out on his sprint.
Not meant to be harsh as I suspect his chances of winning big this spring are actually greatly increased by what he's shown so far this year - great performance yesterday on a far from typical prologue course and emphatic on that Dubai ramp.
Guarnieri is a really good signing by Katusha. Kristoff himself said that he was the ideal man for him in the sprint and hoped the team would sign him.
