That stage couldn't really have gone any better; I was all pessimism heading into the stage but Orozco did some fine attacking which is always nice to see in our home race and Zurita did an incredible job securing 4th place on a hilly stage and also moving up a few positions in the GC as well. If Orozco and Zurita can display similar performances in Utah then that revised unofficial team goal of top 20 is perhaps achievable

Nice results for Bonsucro and Siam Cement here! Euskaltel getting lucky again, how much is LLS paying the reporters?
Great reports tsmoha, and thanks to Selwink and SN for their help. |

It is interesting that it is two of my stages (I think) which have been the ones that have had to be played by a different person. Since that is the case I am sorry for disrupting this race, especially since I know it was very important in the promotion fight. I was wondering what is exactly happening with the stages. I cannot remember anything about them which would make them special, other than the fact they both feature circuits.
Good luck to everyone with the racing. |

@Hobbit: No worries Guess you and me may have a slightly different installation (something graphical stuff related).
@all: Gratz, Bikex! Rodrigues crushed it. And thanks again to SN and Selwink for helping out

My first failed goal of the season #RIP5/5perfectscore
Since I probably rate Arroyo a bit high considering he's only one point better than Iglinsky and Rodrigues it's fine that he gets beaten by them now and then. Definetly considering Arroyo's downhill stat which is probably the cause of him losing many races to especially Rdorigues. Should have chosen my goals wisely and not analyse so many races from last season since there's an new, wierd AI every year.
The positive with this race was that we atleast got a top five in the end, which at some point even looked though. Will probably have to rebuild my team as having super-strong climber team only(mostly) don't pay off. Although we cant say that we have been quite as unsuccesfull/unlucky as Santander, I feel like our team and season's have been somewhat similar. Both our teams star(s) don't score accordingly to their stats/wages. /RANT over.
It's also a shame that I only spent like half of Guillens race days and gave him such a weak squad in all his races considering how well he performed and how bad/ mediocre most of our hilly/slightly mountainous stage races have been. It's also a huge waste going into a race with full with a superstar superclimbers/strong domestiques as they will only end up doing nothing mostly and a team with one strong rider/superstar and two or three decent domestiques will end up scoring similarly or even better(like in this case). /RANT OVER. /BAD DECISIONS /TEAMSKY TRAIN FAIL

Picking up a 2nd place on last stage was most welcome. 6th overall for Ochoa Quintero is aceptable, but better was hoped for. Masuda steady as always.
Rodrigues smashed it, so hats off.
Thanks to the combined talents of the reporting team .

Thanks for the congratulations
Nice way to finish the race as 5th by Rodrigues and him also taking the points jersey. It was expected that we'd loose the KoM jersey, but Sayar as joined 3rd and two more riders scoring points there is allright. Peilun Wu defending the white jersey and jumping three places in GC is also nice.
This is the 4th out of 4 goal races won by Rodrigues. And with that the top10 ranking goal is also very possible. On the other hand the only (stage) races Rodrigues won were our goal races which isn't a great outlook on Utah.
I almost feel a little sorry for ONCE. On paper Arroyo is a stronger climber than Rodrigues and still the Portuguese won almost all races against him. Maybe in Utah things will turn out different. |

Dominant from Rodrigues so far. Baring a disaster it'll be a well deserved victory.
Tough to see Raisin loose so much time. He was riding pretty well. |

Haha, well, in my defense I'm sick at the moment. For some reason I had in my head it was a seven day race. |

Mixed feelings about this race.
Great to see Gallego grabbing a win, but TomTom could've grabbed one a day earlier, but instead 8th+9th is what we got there
9th on the GC is somewhat expected, couldn't have hoped for much more I guess. But a few rivals got better races here though which is very worrying considering we won't be in Utah.
