Was it an asthma attack? I remember having one and not thinking it felt too serious either. I've got really mild asthma and used to use a preventer twice each day for many years, but it doesn't bother me much anymore.
So it's not necessarily going to be a big issue for everyone, but good luck

We are on cycling forum you should know better ( i.e. cyclists are probably most prone people that develop asthma during the season )

It certainly can be! My father got asthma in his late 40's. He'd never had breathing difficulties before in his life and certainly nothing close to asthma. (note: no genetic history and nothing noted from his brief stint as a footballer).
Also you might want to check out the various studies attributing the rise in asthma cases to the detiriation of urban air quality. They put forward the idea that asthma can be developed and are pretty scientific

Yes. There are certain environments that make it more likely.

German engineering...ICE train stands still in the middle of nowhere because the wiper doesn't work.
If I wasn't in that specific train, I'd find it damn funny. |

At least you have a train... To get to school I can choose: 1 hour of busriding, or 1 hour cycle.
And that's considering I have no condition at all, so my average speed is ~18/19km/h. Yep, I hate my life...

I'd cycle. The bus ain't gonna go faster, but after a year or two of cycling, you'll definitely cut a few minutes.

I should "win" this one comfortably
So you have a choice. 1) The time i got stuck in Las Vegas for 2 days after the airline overbooked. 2) The time i got stuck in Barbados for 3 days after the airline overbooked (tough life in know ). 3) The time it took me 12 hours to travel from London Waterloo to Staines (use google to see how far apart they are). 4) The time the train got delayed by suicide, then the replacement train got delayed for the sam reason, then the tube was delayed for obstruction on the tracks, then the bus was delayed by traffic works. Finaly #5) The time i was supposed to go to Pheonix but it took 5 days before a flight became available after my original one was cancelled, so in the end i went to Flagstaff instead.

I think people that were affected by the Eyjafjallajökull volcano eruption win by a long shot
