Did you install the game in the right path? When the installer asks for the directory, did you choose the one where your game is installed? Do you have your MyDocs folder in some strange places, like D:\ or E:\ ?

This FDB14 v2.5 will be the last update for the FDB14 because we are about to start the preparing of the FDB15. |

usually, when the DB is called 2015 the career starts in 2015, so I expect that for this DB also

I just had a thought...
Why are you guys not interrested in getting correct sprints and KoM setups in this DB ??
I have mentioned it to you and I got many more XML than the few I have published. They are tested and ready to be put up for DL. However they need to have a small adjustment in the DB (any DB for that matter). Just a change of name in a field for races.
You should have a try if you keep searching for reality with races. We all know that Cyanides version are far from correct and ALL races are bunch into a few rules.
I see that you will release on Nov 2, so why not include them ???
Or perhaps importance is on bottles, clothes and some values up and down in rating (which even never can get all correct).

Can I update my existing v2.0 career or do I have to start a new one to get the updates of 2.5 ?

DL | FDB14 v2.5
Installation
1. You first need to download and install the FDB14 v2.0, which you can download here.
2. Extract the file using Winrar, which you can download here.
3. Doubleclick FDB14 v2.5 and run the application.
4. Go to Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2014/CM_Stages and remove the files worldttt_2017.cds and worldttt_2017.zces.
5. Run the game and go to the configuration.
6. Select the database FDB14v25.cdb and push OK.
Using Winrar
1. Download Winrar by clicking here and choose the right version.
2. Install the program on your computer.
3. To extract a file you must click with your right mouse button on the file.
4. The options appear and then you choose 'Extract here'.
5. The file is being extracted. |

Why not beef up this DB with more correct KoM, sprints and points than the one provided from Cyanide (almost a standard for 90% of the races).
The real fact is that nearly ALL races have their own variant of what points are handed out on KoM, intermediate sprints and points on finishing. The only close similar thing is bonus seconds, but some races don´t have any at all.
I promise you that it will change many races and bring in new views on how to attack/play a race. Of course this is for the stage races only...
