Valverde, is I predicted yesterday with guys up the road. Once again great tactics by Unzue.

I shall applaud Movistar and Valverde for trying to spice things up today after the summit of the Tourmalet, but it looks like it will ultimately be an energy wasting attack on their part.
If they are fortunate it may have fatigued the legs of some of his rivals, but in the end even BMC had at least one helper there to assist with bringing it back.

It has been Vincenzo Nibali and Rafał Majka who have won all 4 submit finish so far. Will we have someone different or same 2 riders. |

Guess if Nieve wanted a stage win he should have gone and joined Tinkoff Saxo. Since Team Sky's 2014 Tour de France has definitely not been going to plan A, B, C, D, etc... Although, after a couple of years of sheer dominance and everything pretty much going perfectly to plan I was wondering when fickle lady luck might change her mind and throw in a few spanners.
