So when the team gets 50,000 each member gets +1 point in a stat. Not just 1 member of the team.

In every stage/classic/1 day race an attacker gets 500
Every 50000 you have as a rider you may spread five stat points which have to be from different options f.e. 1 MO 1SP 1REC 1ATT 1 TT
Every 50000 you have as a team you may spread 5 stat point for 5 rider
Days will be determined by the game

I can't post all the stats here because my photobucket account will be full in one day. That's why I made the decision that every team may select representative which may give the team the updated stats. F.E. Ollfardh will do this for topsport.
