So how many riders in a team? What's the calendar? How will rider development work? (these are questions i meant to ask earlier but forgot about) I feel these are important aspects we should know before attempting to sign anyone

Wow, I must really not have explained well. 
My sincerest apologies, I thought I'd covered everything.
@Silvio: 1 week from this post.
@TMM: 20-30 riders. Rider development will be very minimal. In short, points during season=random stat boosts. Keeping it simple, and hassle-free. Schedule is going to be the normal UCI calendar, with one change. Vuelta a Espana is being replaced with the Tour of Dailystan, to be finished by the end of the day(my time).

in the Db its doesnt have the Averages and I dont have pcm 2013 so I can't put it in game and check it there |

mmhh, I don't like that.. Couldn't we just publish the formula to calculate the average or something? Or has anybody an idea how to do such a nice excel DB like it has one for ICL? Because without minimum wages there will be teams signing pretty good riders for like no money, because nobody else bid on them . Or at least riders prices would be very low at all, if there are no minimum wages.
Another reason I would like an excel DB is that it is just annoying to get the age from that weird birthdate column by always letting that calculate...
