Hahaha, it's just funny how current managers are trying to scare "us" (provisional managers).

Well... There is very limited room for a 3rd Ukrainian team... Even 2 teams is a lot... (Unless SN will add a lot of riders)
Not trying to scare any of you, feel free to join the market, just make sure you don't get in my way...

Everyone wants the good riders / talents from a nation for themself :-p Tbh I believe the "golden age" for that is over, we simply are too many teams to be able to get top riders at large discounts anymore

Nope you just need to more regionally focused than nation focused. I'm doing great with Bulgaria cause it's small and the PNW is easier cause it has no big name riders

Well, consider that before you and Avin went Ukrainian, there wasnt really room for 1 Ukrainian team

Yep, majority of Ukraine riders were added just to support Metinvest and PrivatBank later i believe.
And i hope we are not trying to "scare" someone. It is just fun.

Well, if you really have to scare the new applicants away from Eastern Europe and Africa, then send them to America and not the other way around |

Are you planning creating the worst team ever? Like with twenty guys with 1 potential and 50 in every stat, that would be quite unique indeed.

After having spent some more time mocking around the DB I'm starting to regret I didn't wait a bit longer to send my application so I could have been slightly more specific in question 2...

Oh right. I know roughly who the best riders are. Also, not sure the last question has to be as in depth as you have to list an actual shortlist. I think having one either in your head or written down somewhere is enough for now.

Nothing offensive or something like that, but how do you think to get in the game without even having some plan about which riders you're going to have? You should download DB now and check availability of some riders you're interested in for getting , if you get accepted.
