Vino disagrees. Pfft One of the most awesome doped performances ever, with Pantani's Galibier attack and Vandenbroucke's madness in Serranillos.

Got me into cycling.
Bought my first PCM some days later, and here we are now.

It was the only cycling race I watched as I kid, but as a big Paris fan, I watched it for the city not for the race Smile

I think the most people got into cycling due to the Tour de France. Mine was TdF 2010 and after TdF 2011 I bought PCM. And now I know more than my parents who follow cycling for years Grin

Funnily enough, it was the opposite for me: PCM got me into cycling Grin

PCM 2005-06 (the one where Crimson Cow was still involved) was on a CD that was in a video game magazine, I tried it and loved it, so I got more interested into cycling ...

I'm watching the 2011 Tour to get myself excited (or at least I'm watching highlights for all but the last handful of stages, where I will watch the whole thing). I know this is a mistake because this year's race won't live up to it, but I really feel that I should be somewhat enthusiastic about this...

I'm pretty excited, but I'm sure the first mountain stage will take care of that enthusiasm... I've already got two or three days I can't watch, but I probably won't miss very much Pfft

You know if something happens to Froome this would be one incredibly open Tour de France. As it stands the podium has all sorts of possibilities. Looking forward to it.

So I'm quite a PCM-veteran: my first PCM was Cycling Manager 3 Smile
I think watching cycling was first (from 2003-2004, but till 2011 not too much interested) and then PCM.

My interest in cycling started between 1991 and '93 when I was watching the TdF during a summer holiday in France when we had shitty weather. Not understanding a word, of course. I didn't hear about PCM before 2009 I think..

OPQS

Mark Cavendish, Sylvain Chavanel, Michal Kwiatkowski, Tony Martin, Jerome Pineau, Gert Steegmans, Niki Terpstra, Matteo Trentin, and Peter Velits.

Surprised to see Matteo there after riding Giro, but he's very highly valued and will be a key in the leadout.

The team is set up for Cav obviously, however I hope Kwiatkowski will be given some freedom in the moutains to go for a good GC or stage.

So Cav has his lead-out, then Chavanel and maybe Kwiat might go for stage wins. Maybe Pineau too?

Spilak23
There are not enough real domestiques in that team

And only one Belgian, Coucke and Lefevre will be criticised tomorrow

VeloNews says Kwiatek can get a pressure-free ride for white!

I'm going to pray to god that something happens to Froome in the first week, crash or puncture in last 10 km. Just something to make this Tour wide open

He'd need awesome TTs to hold off Quintana and Pinot.

I really like all three of them though, so I don't care who wins it in the end.

IMO he has no chances to win white. I cant see him beating guys like Talansky, Van Garderen, Pinot or Quintana. He also didnt do a good Critérium du Dauphiné.

You're probably right, but the most important thing is that he can try Wink

Give him time to grow. Yes he has won the white jersey in the Tirreno, but this only his second GT you guys expect him already to go for a GC in the Tour? Let's see how good he recuperates.

And I'm very surprised by Trentin considering last Giro was his first GT and now he's already doing a second one in one year.
