Well we performed reasonably in the TT, nice to see Bartons taken over the White Jersey

I am truly disappointed with this result. Martin Irvine has consistently fail .. Hope in the standings just fall now remains for me to expect that in the last stage Van Loocke appear again and score.

Oh that's way better than I thought it would be. This was not a race that I thought would be a possible win so these points (assuming that nothing goes wrong from here) will be a massive bonus in the hunt for promotion.
Once again magnificent TT reports smowz.

Not the greatest of time trial results for Jaguar, but not at all surprised to see Cornu in the strong position tho - always a big favourite once neither Rogers nor Zabriskie turned up - even if CountArach seems to have no faith in him at all. Now for the potential lottery stage.

Are you going to call everything a fail where your riders dont live up to your over the top expectations, all season long? The only rider who has a worse TT stat than Irvine and is ahead of him in GC is Vantomme, deservedly so due to his time bonuses.

Congrats, Count!
No stage-win, but a 2nd ain't bad. Olman should have done better though, but at least William Ford did pretty well. I guess he's my biggest hope for the final stage. If this race were over by now, i would be quite happy but i already imagine me posting a after final day..

So this is race for TT-ists in the end really, if they will handle the few cobbles though. Congrats to BPost, Cornu is massive point scorer.

This actually went better than expected.
Had expected to lose 20-30s more than Vantomme did in the end. So still being in the top10 with chances to podium in the end is awesome.
Tendero so far is a brilliant addition. Constantly scoring small pointers in GC`s or even sprints.
Had expected a tiny bit more of Velits but haven`t compared the 5-10 riders directly ahead of him tbh.
Nice report, Smowz. Good race for me so far. |

Perhaps I expressed the wrong way. My disappointment was for the performance of Martin Irvine in this TT where compared with others at the same level he has lost some considerable time.
But I also know see the positive side, and in fact Van loocke has surprised me positively, as expected much less of it.

Four seconds down on Sebright and Lindgren, and 75TT also Konovalovas even lost six to Irvine. I don't see a reason as well.

Probably no reason but was waiting for more, and as I said only that I may not have expressed well.

Every manager can expect whatever they feel like, I don't want to attack you for your thoughts.
And one of the most important aspects of this game is to learn how to estimate pre-race expectations

Ouch, tough day for some there. Cornu gets us a really nice points haul. Thanks to both of our reporters for this race!

I fear the worst when I saw Irvine lose touch but fortunately was able to reach the front of the race and also rise places in the standings.
The race turns out not to be bad for our team to get out with 5 points per day ..
Thanks to the two reporters

Too bad we lost a podium in final stage, but i did expect either Ford or Olman to suffer there. A pity it was Ford but two in Top-10 is nice, plus a disappointing Rasmussen finishing 16th without doing anything special.. Could have been worse, so i won't complain about the lost podium. Nice ride by William Ford, btw.
Congrats to both Count and roturn. Don't know how it feels to do so well, but i guess it feels okay
And special thanks to Smowz! Youre a busy man with the reports atm and you did great here, once again!

Lovely action packed report to seal the race, congrats to BPost and Rothaus especially, Vantomme curse seems oficially broken with Pcm12.
These both teams are heading for promotion, so i have no problem with their massive point hauls, at least they "steal" it from others, who will be more dangerous for my team rankings-wise.
Good job by our loaned out rider Petrovski, shame he was not able to gain that polka dot jersey for Die Berg.

Wow. 3 wins by Vantomme seems a bit like a dream...had hoped for 1-2 wins so that he will stop being a fail. 3 wins are awesome.
Hopefully he will also do well in future races with a better sprint competition like Greipel, Davis etc.
A bit unlucky that Tendero and Velits both lost the good GC positions on this stage. But in the end the 2nd for Vantomme is giving me more than expected. Good race for me.
Congrats to Bpost. Cornu really is a great rider to have in PCT. |

AMEXpc's best race so far this season picking up a quiet 100+ points.
Amex was prominent on the final stage with Kurth in the breakaway and fighting hard for the KOM, falling just short in 2nd place. Then having Taillefour and Stoltz attacking late in hopes of beating the sprinters. Lot's of sponsor pleasing TV time.
The team finished 3rd and time trialer Patrick Gretsch finished 2nd in the prolog, slipped to 3rd in stage 3 due to sprinter time bonuses, then 4th on stage 4. On stage 5 he held 4th and then on the longer TT he finished 4th keeping him in 4th in the GC. On the final hilly stage helped greatly by Kurth being in the breakaway he was able to finish 32nd but in the same time as the winner Vantomme and keeping him in 4th for the GC.
6 of 7 AMEX riders scored points so this was a solid team effort, that hopefully we can build on. We have four more races in the last 2 weeks of March. Two cobble races, a hilly 3 day tour and a C2 development race. We are looking to move up into the middle of the CT standings.

Quite poor race for us, but it was expected. Too bad to lose the KoM that way, and that it took 3 stages for Hutarovich to wake up, but well, it was always going to be a low points race for us.
