They already have 15 seconds. Thomas and Van Avermaet are the main ones trying to close the gap.
edit: Gap is up to 25 seconds. It could be decided between Paolini and Vandenbergh.

Paolini could well be a bit of a dark horse for the Ronde, after last year's performance and what he is showing today.

God please no. Plus he's just following Vandenbergh, who is like OPQS 4th man in the cobbles. He'd need quite some luck.

Matteo Trentin is said to have broken his carpal bone when he crashed earlier. |

Thomas and Roelandts are clearly annoying the others.

He seems to be doing a decent amount of work but yeah he would need a lot of luck and I'd rather see others win it. But you can't rule him out.

Of course not, but I definitely can't see it. Many, many things should go in his favour for him to have a chance.

Maybe he wants to do a Cancellara and tows Paolini to the line.

Very unlucky for Trentin. Had some crashes the last year. |

Eisel is cross at the front of the peloton, he doesn't know the time gaps.

Soon they'll start riding for 3rd. Unless Vandenbergh and Paolini fade a lot, it's for them.
