Int. Österreich Rundfahrt
On the Queen Stage, Roman and Vrecer made pretty good performances to later in the race confirm their top 10 places
Results:
6th Maky Roman
9th Robert Vrecer
35th Fabricio Ferrari
36th Remy Di Gregório
56th Alex Ciocan
69th Nikita Umerbekov
82th Peter Williams
Review:
A pretty good race by us. Vrecer and Roman both in the top 10 against some pretty good PCT competition is good. In the end, 75 points is pretty good.
Isle of Man TT
Dave Z took the win in Cavendish's land while Mojica wasn't even photographed
Results:
20th Jose Mojica
Review:
Well, it was a One Day Race, a TT race, where in the PCT division there's a WC, a lightning riding american and a couple of brits and aussies. Disaster was going to happen. Mojica got 20th, wich isn't bad, let's say. 3 points.
 Giro della Valle d'Aosta
Mora had a pretty good race, securing a 2nd place in a stage and a 8th in the GC
Results:
8th Juan Mora
17th Daniel Eduardo Silva
33th Tom Criel
41th Eugenio Alafaci
57th Stefano Pirazzi
66th Roy Eefting
71th Tiziano Dall'Antonia
Review:
Well, there are good and bad from this race. The good, Mora made a fairly good race, finishing 8th in the GC and 2nd in a stage. Bad is that Silva made once again a bad race, only finishing 17th in the race and Dall'Antonia, well, waste of race days says it all. In the end, we scored 36 points from this race.
 Taldykorgan GP
Rui Costa took the win while Mora was finishing the race in 40th
Results:
40th Juan Mora
43th Remy Di Gregório
54th Maky Roman
63th Alex Ciocan
66th Tom Criel
77th Nikita Umerbekov
101th Peter Williams
Review:
Well, I'm an idiot. I lear stuff tough. At least a portuguese won, so I'm happy.
 Ulaanbaatar GP
Jose Mojica went into the BOTD
Dall'Antonia sprinting into 10th place
Results:
10th Tiziano Dall'Antonia
54th Roy Eefting
91th Fabricio Ferrari
97th Jose Mojica
99th Stefano Pirazzi
112th Lawson Craddock
121th Robert Vrecer
Review:
Yeah, Dall'Antonia, yeah. Another great result in a C1 classic. 16 points scored from this race, wich isn't bad.
 Tasol Tour to the Sun
Silva decided to go all out in the TT
Results:
5th Daniel Eduardo Silva
25th Maky Roman
31th Remy Di Gregório
37th Juan Mora
63th Fabricio Ferrari
68th Tom Criel
71th Alex Ciocan
Review:
Silva decided to go full retard in the TT and grab a 3rd place in it and then 5th in the GC!!! He actually did something. Roman disappointed and so did Di Gregório. In the end, we scored 31 points from this race wich is good.
Month Review:
A pretty good month for us. Altough we didn't get any wins, we scored 131 points from this race, across 22 race days, wich means about 7.3 PPRD. Not bad I think. |

Your team is doing quite well lately. You even stand a chance of promotion because of your well-updated HQ

Preparations for 2014 continue in Mobil's HQ
With slowly the 2013 season of the MG coming to an end, we at Mobil - Castrol, soon to become Mobil - Aeropostal, are already making preparations for 2014. With now our secondary sponsor beeing Venezuelan, the sponsors want something different from this season: Aeropostal and Mobil want to become an almost full American team, with mainly focus in South America, mainly spanish speaking countries and USA. While in Europe, Aeropostal has granted us that Italy is also important to them, so that's the 3rd country that well be looking for next season, altough in a minor scale. That means that our main priorities will be rider's like Dall'Antonia, Roman, Mora.Craddock and Alafaci. This 5 are the ones we definetelly want to stay with the team for next season. We currently in doubt if Pirazzi stays or not, but if he stays, he will be definetelly up for sale. Same situation for Silva, Di Gregório, Mojica. Ferrari speaks spanish and is from South America, but we probably won't renew with him, but we'll see. The rest are definetelly going to leave at the end of the season. For next season, the team is already looking for target's for the transfer window with promotion currently in mind. Even with already decreasing, Serpa is a big target for us. Pedraza is another, but that's probably a little bit over our heads, but we'll see. That's mainly our two big goals to sign for next transfer season. But we'll see, depending if we promote or not. |

Serpa and his helper Sarmiento would be interested in a move. Fee will be minimal if you're interested, cheaper than free agent wages as well. |

Glad to see another team moving to the 'regional focus' approach. Seems more realistic that way and I like the South American focus. Perhaps the Columbian, Mr Rodas and young Mexican talent, Luis Lemus can find a home at Mobil for next season? We'll soon see

All these new sponsor rumours are getting me really excited Always fun speculating who will go where in the off season.
South America is always a strong region to focus on, given the wealth and availability of climbing talent.

Indeed. Altough, there's a lot of climbing talent, there's also big competition for signing them. |

Review:
A good overall race for us. When I say good, it's compared to what Gazelle made on this race. Pure, back-hole rape. Well, looking at our side, one stage win is positive. And 66 points scored from this race also is a good sign.

Review:
It actually a pretty good race, points wise of course and GC wise. Take the GC points away, and we scored an amazing 3 points. With GC points, tough, it goes into a stupid ammount of 141 points.
Bucks County Classic
The AI was dumb, so Alafaci took 2nd place

38th Juan Mora
39th Stefano Pirazzi

99th Nikita Umerbekov
109th Jose Mojica
111th Lawson Craddock
DNF Roy Eefting
Review:
Won't comment.
Tre Valli Varesine
They sure are Gazelles
Results:
16th Daniel Eduardo Silva
37th Robert Vrecer
43th Fabricio Ferrari
47th Tom Criel
48th Maky Roman
49th Juan Mora
51th Tiziano Dall'Antonia
Review:
It was a bad race, indeed. Well, having all +70 rider's didn't even help us make a top 15 finish. Only 4 points scored too.
Final Review:
We scored 260 points from these races, across 25 race days. That means a 10,4 PpRd. Not bad I think. |

 Tour of America
Route:
Our Squad:
 Robert Vrecer
 Tom Criel
 Jose Mojica
 Roy Eefting
 Nikita Umerbekov
 Stefano Pirazzi
 Peter Williams
Goal:
Our sponsors set a top 5 goal, but that will be very hard. So I think top 10 would be good. But this is going to be where our fight for promotion will end, sadly. |

Wow, the Tour of America really will be one hell of a race.
Sadly i don't think your chances for a top 5 are high, though this definately is one of my favourite MG Teams.

2014 Planning Continues down in Mobil
As the 2013 MG season, is slowly coming to an end, we here at Mobil - Castrol, soon turning Mobil - Aeropostal, are already preparing everything for 2014. Today, we're going to speak about contract renewals of our riders. So, let's start then.
Will Stay:
Maky Roman
Juan Mora
Jose Mojica
Fabricio Ferrari
Lawson Craddock
Will Stay/Available for transfer:
Tiziano Dall'Antonia (not 100% shore yet)
Daniel Eduardo Silva
Eugenio Alafaci
Stefano Pirazzi
Definetelly won't stay:
Robert Vrecer
Remy Di Gregório
Alex Ciocan
Tom Criel
Roy Eefting
Peter Williams
So, only our South/Central American riders are guaranteed to stay. Dall'Antonia, I'm in doubt, but will probably depend on his wage. Still, he might be sold if the right offer comes. Pirazzi and Alafaci are decent, but since they're actually decent helpers, they may stay. Silva will be rewewed, but he will definetelly leave.
Transfer Targets:
Since we are going to focus more on American riders next year, we set our targets based on that, and if we promote or not. Alarcon is the massive target for us. Then in 2nd line, rider's like Serpa, Martinez are there. For sprinting, we may need a higher tier sprinter, and we've looked up Mauro Richeze as our goal. Then, I have a number of names written still (depending on who SN adds to the DB). It's going to be a busy transfer window. |

I've been lurking on the HQ's lately, looking for possible targets IF I get a team next season. Definitely planning on making an English/Australian team, so Williams is quite interesting. Now I just have to write a good application
