but you just said that they will join this season but no transfers, how do you mean that 'no transfers'

Because its not sure the 4 teams will be full b4 transfer deadline.
Edit: Put if people want it, i can make them able to do transfers

I should better read what i typed before, but the chances of those riders leaving vacansoleil is much lower now because I thougt that the riders from other teams would be blind auction

I dont want to ask people, as people already want to join but is offline. I will therefore make them able to do transfers
