If you mean the draft system its very simple:
When all teams are full, the teams will, one after one, pick a rider from the first layer of the Mountain riders. Then the next team, and so on until there remains no riders in that layer. Then its the second layer of mountain riders. A new team will start the picking, and the team that was first last is going to be the last one, and so on.

but how is the order decided?
do we find out what the other teams picked first?
what if you dont want a MO rider, or at least not a GC one and there isnt one in that layer?

How will you make the order of the picks? And also there are lots of people not from the same time zone. Won't it be a pretty slow draft? No offence, I just want to know everything before the draft.
Also its José RUjano not Rajano in MO layer nr. 1.
Thanks for the help! |

It would prob be a slow draft and the timezones can be a problem. Im thinking of maybe just giving the teams random riders, that could also make it more funny because you cant handpick your riders from start. I think ill do a random system instead, maybe.
Rajano has been fixed, thanks for telling |

Please no random riders, it'd suck for me. I don't believe that someone wants to have riders they don't like. |

I understand that, but im thinking that you get some riders from the start, then you have 1-2 weeks (IRL Time) to make transfers on other riders. An example could be that i have Alberto Contador, and i want to make a team around him, but i dont have the right riders! Lets say i have Tony Martin, which alot of people prob. want. I sell him, make some good chunk of money, and buy some good helpers for Contador. |

let people choose say 5 riders, then the rest random
but if someone picks 3 sprinters and 2 cobbles the randoms will be mostly flat, tt, sp etc.
may make it quicker

Well, if that's the case I'll vote for a full draft. It's not really fun to me to see some random riders racing in my team. |

combine it with a short transfer period to get rid of any you dont like
but i like discovering new riders... happened with the PMG, saw loads of riders i had no idea about and now they are usually in a team of mine

a full draft is fine, but as long as it is short... any more than 5-7 days kills enthusiasm
