Of course!
Only a Character played by NPH is worthy enough to revive this story!
EDIT: I adjusted the post a bit...

Right, So this is a bit overdue, but im gonna say it anyway:
This story was supposed to be up and running again 7 days ago, but being lazy last weekend and then out for most of the day due to college / Sports Team Duty I only got around to download the expansion pack today. If all goes well, Ill be well rested and ready to start editing the Database and retracting to the Trofeo Zssidi tomorrow!
So get ready to get your mind blown and some sloppy language in the reports, cause Mirco and the lads will be on fire!

- Trofeo Zssdi
Well then, welcome to pure Continental Tour Division2 Racing! Well, thats what it should say to keep your hopes up... We lined up with our big guns, but the rules for Division 3 Races seem to be hating us, as it states that ProConti Teams can take part in Conti Races if they are in their country. In short, our main opponents here in italy are big names and they like to be regarded as those big dick players that they are. All up front is the controversial Franco Pellizotti, a former (yet still not fully acknowledged) winner of the mountain Classification during the Tour and barer of the Pink Jersey in the Giro. Other big names include Bob Jungels and Carlos Betancur... We on the other hand have this:
The Race
To increase our chances a bit, we participated in the Breakaway with our most successful rider so far: Mirco Saggiorato. It took almost a third of the race (35km) to form the break and the initial group consisted of Hocevar (ADR), Foliforov (TIK), DiSalvo (MIE) and Boifava... Saggiorato was considered the best climber in this group and we hoped that we could pull through ith him...
The Break got joined by ISD's Martynenko 73 km before the finish while the pack...
... continued to do nothing, and so several riders set themselves up for pursuit. We can see the 3rd group on the road, which was about 2 minutes down on the leaders but also 2 minutes ahead of the pack at this point. It consisted of Amores Dabrowski, Hansen (GLU) and Baliani, who is currently under contract for Nippo. " Riders were further ahead (Norris, DRA and Zanesca, WIT)
It didnt take those 5 guys to long to catch up and with 50 km to go the Break up front consists of 11 riders. With Baliani in the group, The pack...
... finally woke up. Farnese, Aqua et Sapone and Androni were making the pace, while 6 EKZ Riders grouped up right behind them. Though when the gap was small enough for the favourites to bridge it, Angsts and Joosts attacks failed as they were cleverly blocked by Betancurs Teammates and Saggiorato was reeled in...
Yet, 7km from the finish, Joost finally broke free of the bunch.
The bad news: The favourites are a minute and at least a K ahead of him in time... Joost would eventually finish 23rd, a long way down while...
Androni celebrates the win of Il Delfino's Victory... The former Polka Dot wins the Trofeo Zssdi ahead of Failli and Betancur...
Results:
Stage Classification
After the Race, The tactics Corner
Well, at least we beat Atlas Personal in the Team Standings... Two Flat Stages are next and then The Istrian Spring Trophy (Croatia! So with a bit of luck, there wont be any pro Teams there!)...
Oh and by the way:
Spoiler I know i said this about 3 million times in the last 3 weeks, but im definetly back this time... Oh and im back for good!

They are pancake flat crits in Belgium (so again a nation of major importance when it comes to cycling --> Belgian Pro Conti teams... At least they are not as good), so Conrad should better step it up a notch. Especially since the sponsors arent to pleased right now (and the contract is running out)... But just so you know: When I replayed the stages, Angst actually scored a win in stage 1 of Calabria (not gonna mention that in this story line though), so I know its possible. In fairness, the startlist was a lot weaker as well!

- Paris Troyes
Well, our hardest opponents here are Poulheis (SAUR), van Rensburg (MTN) and Guillaume Blot (Bretagne). Considering that the Opposition is not even remotely as strong as it was in Italy, we really want to take a shot at the win! This is the squad to achieve it:
The Race
Our only concern today is that the profile does have sme hills in it, and we hope that Conrad can pull through. The Break was in place with about 103km to go! We werent in it, but that should prove futile as the race progresssed. The break was lead by Hartley (Kenda), Higgins (Node 4) and Kraslinikau. They were joined by Gjölberg (Joker), Comincelli (Idea) and Colin (Roubaix).
Things started heating up when the break reached a maximum of 3 1/2 minutes. Several teams started to file into the line in pursuit of the escapees.
We jump to the 11km mark and we see that only 3 lads are left on the front, trying to defend a 20 second lead...
... while Saggiorato lined both, Jost and Conrad up for an eventual sprint! About 10km to go, many favourites started showing nerves and attacked, leac´ving the pack vulnerable to a punchy attack that could take the win!
But I dont know what happened, because after the pack neutralized the attack, the sought order, and suddenly our 3 EKZ Stars are up front with a lttle gap. Can Luca take our first win of the season???
NOOOOOOOOO! He cant! Poulheis came back very strong, to reel the guys in and take the win, edging out his Team mate Gallard (who charged up on the left) and making it a Double for Saur. But in 3rd, there is the only non French name in the Top Five. LUCA CONRAD! Our best result of the season for us! GWAN DE EKZ!!!

Stage Classification
I missed the the opportunity to export the results... My Bad!
After the Race, The Tactics Corner
Open the Champagne and bring the girls in! We finally got something real to celebrate! A podium place in our first season out of amateur level into professional status and our first success came quickly! Gotta go and call the lads over in Belgium and ask how they did! Oh and PARTY!

I know! Way to close for my liking... We should have capitalized on that situation, but then again, Poulheis was the best sprinter by far!
By the way, I am not reporting on races that run paralel to the once that im reporting (I always send the best possible squad out to race in reports and as the minimum of registered riders is usually 6 it doesnt make sense to report on a race where i only field 4 riders that only ride because i felt they werent the right type to race in a more important race.) Thus youll only get the winner and the best EKZ rider of each race!
