Mr. Clark, CEO of the company, would like all followers & fans to know that all riders are not in the same shape (the same stats) now that they may have when the season starts..
(SIDE NOTE: All stats are from CymSpain database, PCM database stats will be used, just giving you a general idea.)
I hope this may have cleared up some confusion
Your regards,
Mr. Clark -- CEO

The team has signed another Canadian & Mexican, along with 2 Americans today. The biggest of the signings is none other than:
LEVI LEIPHEIMER has decided to join the team, and is said be be the first rider influenced by Armstrong. Teammates many times before, Levi is said to be determined to finally win a grand tour such as Le Tour De France. This is a major sign for the team, in other news, another great American in Tom Danielson has been signed to the squad.
Tommy is said to be a great up and coming rider by many Americans, and his addition should bring some big energy to the team. The team now has 3 Americans, and the majority of the remaining spots are said to be going to Americans or Canadians.
With that news, it looks like Flavio De Luna, will be the last Mexican to join the squad. Along with Bernardo Colex Topez, Mexicans enjoying cycling should be attracted to the team.
The other signed rider confirmed is Svein Tuft, a Canadian that gave Team M&M's a shot at him during the last run for a United States Cycling Team. He was the most successful Canadian on the team, and Mr. Belko, assistant of day-to-day operations, could not have been happier when he heard Tuft would join.
The roster, which can be seen on the very first post of this thread, now looks like this!
# | RIDER | NATION | LENGTH | OVERALL | AGE | 1. | Lance Armstrong | | TBD | 74 | 40 | 2. | Levi Leipheimer | | TBD | 76 | 38 | 3. | Tom Danielson | | TBD | 75 | 34 | 4. | Bernardo Colex Tepoz | | TBD | 62 | 28 | 5. | Flavio De Luna | | TBD | 61 | 22 | 6. | Svein Tuft | | TBD | 70 | 35 | 7. | Dominique Rollin | | TBD | 70 | 29 |
The word spreading around is that we can look forward to 2 more big names to join the team. But who? Farrar, Horner, Van Garderen, Vandevelde, Hincapie, or even somebody else?

Leipheimer and Danielson are huge assets for GT's. Now to get Horner!!!!!
Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring.

This team's getting really strong. Though it's an old team, so in a couple of years you'll need lots of new (young) riders. |

agree! you will need some young riders to rise and quickly! I hope you get Farrar! By the looks of it you've got everything you need in terms of climber and helper. Now for a sprinter. I say get Tyler Farrar and Chris Horner!

I think Horner is a must since RNT is overpowered so he wouldn't be a big loss. I'm not so sure about Farrar though. he is vital to Garmin so if you take him, as well as Danielson and maybe Vandevelde they will be quite depleted. Here's who I think are must-haves:
- Horner
- Jakob Rathe
- Either Phinney or Van Garderen, not both.
- Jake Keough
- Brent Bookwalter
- Timothy Duggan
- Matthew Busche
- Either Zabriskie, Vandevelde or Hesjedal. Not two.
Hope you wait for the Daily DB as well.
Good luck.

-Tejay
-Dombrovksi

-Rathe
-Alex Howes
-Duggan
-Ben King
-Chris Barton
-Butler
-David Boily
No sprinter or cobbled riders for a Pro Conti team(if will be a Pro Conti team).

I just discovered this story and I really liked it. I hope that you can make a very good team. I would sign Van Garderen or Talansky because they are still young and good in climbing.

Talansky no.Garmin will remain with nobody in GC if he would sign with Hesjedal who's the better choice in his duel with papy Horner. |

Personally like this so far, but i feel with all these great riders there is going to be a huge gap between good riders and young riders, nevertheless it's your story. I'd like to see:
- Horner
- Rathe
- Brent Bookwalter
- Van Garderen
- Jake Keough
- Timothy Duggan
- Matthew Busche
- Farrar(that being said if you get Farrar you need some lead out men) |

Jeffry Louder will be a great addition in your team.Maybe a little old but he is a very good domestique.I think you should be oriented in climbing and time-trial for 1st year. And this team should be a Professional Team not an UCI Team. |

Up to now there is a nice mixture of age and youth in the squad, so it will be interesting to see how it all works out |

They have:
Hesjedal
Danielson
Vande Velde
Martin
Le Mevel
and for the future:
Stetina
Talansky
Peterson
Kreder? Sprinter but...
So don't take more than two more from the list above.

You should sign young riders now! I think having too many strong riders wont make it very fun to follow.

TEAM MEETING 6 -- JUNE 29, 2012
The team held a short meeting yesterday, and also confirmed of 2 more riders joining the team.
But before we get to that, lets summarize the meeting part. In attendance was every rider already signed to the team before today. There was also what looked to be an amateur rider there, but we could not make out his name.
First, lets review each of our 3 countries participation at the meeting:
Mexicans Bernardo Colex Tepoz & Flavio De Luna both agreed that the signing of these 2 Mexican natives will boost the attention from Mexicans to the team. They also said that they would live to remain with the team for years to come, and sponsorship was not a big deal to them right now.
Canadians Dominique Rollin & Svein Tuft , said that they hope more Canadians are signed to the team. Tuft was on the last American Team (M&M's) which there were 6 Canada Natives on the squad. Rollin feels that this is a great opportunity for him to show off his talents, with his home country following him.
Americans Levi Leipheimer, Tom Danielson, & Lance Armstrong , said they like how the team is shaping up to be as of now. Lance also confirmed the 2 new riders that would join the team, likely influenced by him. Levi also said that the talent on the team right now is fairly aged, and alot of young talent should be signed. This was a problem with the M&M's squad last time, although it turned out that it wouldn't matter due to the expulsion of the team. Alot of fans seem to agree with Levi, expressing in e-mails that there are too many old riders being signed to contract. This leads us to the two new signings.
First: Taylor Phinney, young up and coming talent from the United States of America, this promising rider is a future GT champion in his mind, and the team hopes he is on Sunkist Cycling when he does win.
Second: Christopher Horner, while he may seem to go against the current team motto of signing young talent, alot of fans said they would love to see Horner be apart of the team. He figures to give it another shot at a GT, which seems unlikely to him right now.
