No I think that you have to keep your money to buy an old rider (about 30-31 yo) which will permit you to earn a lot of points/prices! Try to buy someone under 100 000€!
Stamina and resistance are important in a lot of stages, so keep an eye on it !

Yes his resistance is anot very good, but he will help you I you buy him!
For mountain stage: mountain +++, resistance ++ , and also stamina +, downhill + (and sometimes flat or hill, it depends of the stage !)

Yes Samuel, Agility is very important, then resistance, and after it depends of the race (just look the colors !)
For the tactic you can put something like agressive-normal-normal-agressive-agressive

Yes it is, so don't be too "agressive" in the first stages if you aim a good result for the overall ranking.
But you can be agressive if you just want to try to win the stage.
