@admir: I think the reports in the 'quotes' boxes really neatens them up (like in your reports), and double 'quote' boxes together to give a title banner comes from Ian's influence  NC is going to be my own design, and similar to the HTC-Highroad version Roulston wore.
@mvh: Wind of 46km/h really caused some issues out on the course! I know there is the small peleton bug, but this was something else! Ewan's stats (69HILL) is really good for a young rider, and he was also +2 on the day

Tour de France Wildcards announced
Tour de France organisers A.S.O today announced the 2014 Tour Wildcards, with some big teams left disappointed by the news.
La Pomme Marseille, Super U, Cofidis and NetApp-Endura were all successful in their applications, as Orica-GreenEdge, Bianchi Factory Team and IAM Cycling were all amongst the others that missed out.
The 2014 Edition of the Grand Boucle will start on 30th June in Troyes.

@sutty: I will be more pissed off if I miss out on Giro Wildcard Entry... I am preferring the Giro over the Tour in game anyway. I always have. Same about real life as well. I get more excited for the Giro than the Tour these days.
@voets: Our first win last season came at San Luis, so we are used to fast victories on the board This was my first proper NC victory in the story though!

Missing out on the TDF is no big deal. Bianchi, as an Italian sponsor, should only care about Il Giro. So do I. Prefer the Giro over TDF as well. |

 Bianchi Factory Team 2014 NC Jerseys Following Sam Bewley's victory in the New Zealand National Road Race Championships, we now have two riders who will be in their respective NC jersey for the season.
Due to the curiosity of Admir for how the jersey will look, I have decided to reveal both of them to you.
 New Zealand NC - Sam Bewley
Both riders will have the chance to show off their 2014 NC Jerseys at the team's next race and official season opener - Le Tour de San Luis.
Credit to Thomazio for the Irish NC Jersey. The design is based on his template. New Zealand NC is my own design

 Tour de San Luis
Our first official Stage Race of the year, and we start the same as last year, at the Tour de San Luis.
High placing on GC will be the target, but we will also go stage hunting in the Sprints.
Estaban Chaves will lead the team, hoping to defend the title he won last year with Colombia. Davide Villella will support him, whilst Moreno Moser will ride in a co-leadership role should Chaves have any problems.
Caleb Ewan will be the man for the sprints, with Philip Lavery as his usual right hand man and Sam Bewley piloting the lead-out train.

Team Goal: Top 5 GC / Stage Win(s)
Best Result: 2013 - Linus Gerdeman (20th)

Finally the season starts.. totally forgot you signed Chaves. Lets hope he can do well, like in ATOC in real life.
