If Sanchez comes 2nd on the stage, he takes the jersey if Andy is outside the Top 4.
If Sanchez comes 3rd on the stage, he takes the jersey if Andy is outside the Top 6.
If Sanchez is 4th or worse, Andy takes the jersey.
Therese currently 5 riders infront of the Schleck/Evans group (assuming De Gendt and Velits are still there)
