Is it advisable to put your training to 0 or 1 after the last races in October or keep it on 3. Does it have an effect on your next season startup tiredness, better form etc ? |

same here as of latelly i only get the 25km and 50km bonus. in my first year i was in a breakaway in the WC for almost 200km and only got the 20km and 50km.
it may have something to do with the changes they did in the last patch to reduce the leveling speed, maybe?
but if that is the case i would prefer they had the 50km and the 100km bonus since it makes more sense. |

I don't quite understand the logic behind bonus experience so far. I always get experience for early breakaways, but no xp for wins. For example I get bonus xp for an early breakaway in a random crappy classic, but none for the second stage win in the Vuelta. What am I missing? Or is it a bug that you get bones xp for breakaways all the time?
Nothing we can do, it's generally bugged
I do not see it as a bug, you get points for the first breakaway for more the 25, 50, 75 and 100 km.(I think), and for the first win, i every race cat., f.eks. HC and 1.2, and 1.1 and so on
Nice if that works for you? Are you playing with the standard database? In my game I get first 25, 50km breakaway continental for every breakaway But no 75 or 100km bonus. |

I am playing with PCM database, and I am not 100% sure about the bonus, but I get a lot the time I am in a breakaway So I just ment it was at 25, 50, 75, 100 km. and so on |

I think it's bugged as well. For example in one of my later years I never got bonusses, the group broke really early in a mt stage. After the stage I suddenly got a bonus for top 3, top 5 and 25, 50km break. So the XP system is definately not working correctly |

If you start with at a younger age, for example 19/20, do you develop faster as opposed to starting at 22 years of age? |

Have anyone experianced this bug: I won the race(the american nationals) then I see the podium and all. But then after the race I stand as retired and now I stand as injured...And the injury is ''breach of coccyx'' or something like that, and it ends in mid juli so will loose the tour de france to then...
So any one experianced this? Dont know if this is the right place to ask, since dont know if this is general bug, just be a pro bug or what it is... |

Is it even possible to win the Giro/Tour double? If I try I end up winning the Giro, but my form and freshness in the Tour are so bad that it is impossible. Anyone here who have managed to take the double?

Climber mostly. Stage-racer does as well and I think there was 1 other(was it fighter?) type that improves it as well.

While I have not managed to win it myself, I've been close and did finish top 5 in Giro, Tour and Vuelta in the same season. Was in great shape for all three races. Did no races and little training the month before, but put in a lot of training the last week before the GT. Would have gotten better results if I was slightly better at hills and mountain.

Faster and better
@Jesley sprinter I believe
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

I managed the triple with no fatigue, so you're obviously doing something wrong. Too much intensive training? No rest after Giro + tour? |

Can you actually control your pro with a keyboard or controller (pedalling, braking and so on) or is just the same as career mode?
Because i saw a video of consoles versions that is like that, that you have full control of a single rider. But i cannot buy it there because it must have real names.
Thank you! |

@ex1b0
Whole different game. Can only steer with your pro a bit and for the rest it is the same as career mode.
TdF game for console is much more arcade than this, which is more management.
(I believe the TdF game does come with a name editor though)

TDF isn't more arcade, it's more simulation, as opposed to management. But I wouldn't say very much more arcade.

I am trying to do that too, I would advice you to start as a cobbled specialist and evolve your rider to 81/82 coblestones, then start training him for hilly classics, note that this type of training is really good for the cobbled classics because of improved climbing skills (in the hills) and better endurance. when you reach like 78/79 hills try to trian your rider for the sprints and note that in this point you should allready have like 70 sprint with 75 acc due to the other trainings. When you are happy with your sprint, if your rider can still evolve you can make hima a little better in the cobblestones to be the top rider in those classics |
