That's when it's the most likely to happen though. You put the max torque at that moment (when you start pushing), so if a chain has to break, that's the moment. |

Have you noticed feet position at the start ? Horizontal, instead of having his strong leg about 45 ° above horizontal.
Trackie thing, especially from pursuiters, starting at horizontal with your weaker leg descending first. Just saying.  |
