After a long and serious decision process, involving public consultation and distracting boobs, Englands DSC#4 entry was chosen.
Several songs were discarded that are all potential winners. The final choice was made based on it's pure simplicity and vocal talent. No fancy electronics, no fancy instruments, just acoustic guitars and two voices in perfect harmony. Short, sweet and perfect in every way.
England nominates: True Colors sung by Anna Kendrick & Justin Timberlake
and before it comes up, Anna is English enough to count!

Unfortunately, HRT would like to announce that due to domestic trouble and the cost of televising the Daily Song Contest, Greece are withdrawing from the contest until further notice. What's more, HRT has terminated its membership of the Daily Broadcasting Union with immediate effect.
Factors in this decision include the cost of staging a national selection final, and the vast sums of money we have ploughed in recent contests into taking global superstars from all corners of the world, such as Kelly Clarkson and Franz Ferdinand. Furthermore, the cost of sustaining a DBU membership isn't currently viable.
We would like to thank Daily Broadcasting Union executive supervisor Ewan Wilson, and head of Eurovision operations here at HRT Jurgen Van Den Proeka, who we wish all the best in his new role with Czech national broadcaster Českà Televise. Most of all, thank you to our contestants.
