Peter Velits ----> BMC
https://www.cyclin...its-do-bmc
Velits had preety average year so far, didn'teven perform that well in TT's. However he did have lots of okay-ish results in almost every race, ranging from Top 10 to Top 30 in GC across Paris Nice to the Tour.
Very solid domestique, that's equally useful on flat terrain.

What about his brother? He usually follows him around.

He would never sign without his brother. At least he ever spoke like that, so i suppose he will follow him.
BMC will have insane TTT lineup with possibly riders like TVG, Phinney, Velits and others.

Fabio Duarte (Team Colombia) has offers from BMC and Astana for the next year. Darwin Atapuma is also rumored to be at the World Tour next season. |

Astana want every single climber.
Maybe Movistar for Atapuma?

If Duarte goes to Astana and if he goes at the level 3rd week Giro, I would be scared. |

I'm fairly sure Atapuma is under contract for another year, he signed a three year deal when he joined them and this is his second season. I could be wrong though and if I am then World Tour teams should definitely be interested |

Atapuma (just like Duarte) wants to get away from Corti. Which is understandable ofcourse

Sammy Sanchez hints that he might join Saxo as Contador's super-domestique.

Not a huge surprise. Probably a good thing that samu is tempering his own ambitions. Not only that but they always struck me as good friends off the road.

That would be a good move for both him and Saxo |

As if that would change anything Contador could have Froome, Nibali, Uran, Quintana, Valverde, Purito and Kreuziger in his Team and that wouldnt cange the fact that he is getting older and that racing without stakes isnt a piece of cake. |

At least now he'll have a super domestique who won't drop him in the process of towing him up the mountains.

Why would sanchez want to he a support rider.
Btw. I think Belkin needs a sprinter. A young dutch sorinter like bos or van hummel would be good. Or degenkobl or kittel. I think degenkold would be hapoy o leave skil and became a leading sprinter and not lead out to kittel. |

Erm... Bos is already at Belkin. And he's not young at all, he's 29 in fact. They just don't let him ride Grand Tours, since he can't handle climbs.
Van Hummel is definitely not a good sprinter either. And old, not young. I'd rather say Van Poppel & Markus, they fit your criteriums better. And it seems like Degenkolb is happy at Argos-Shimano, since it seems he's close to renewing his contract(He might also have renewed already, I could've missed that)
Also, they've already got Hofland, he seems a promising young Dutch sprinter.

Because he is getting old and is no longer good enough to lead a team.

Bos is 30, Van Hummel 31. Not exactly young. And Bos already rides for Belkin.

The team is called Argos. They both have contracts with Argos and are happy there.
