Bad choice for him, he left OPQS in order to have a more important role in some races, as Giro for example, and going to sky would mean that he wouldn't have this opportunity. I would chose another team, for example Liqui as I said before, where he could ride as a leader in some important races. |

Matthias Krizek signed a two-years contract with Loquigas. I don't know anything about him, but it's said in this article that, in the past twp years, he rode in the same team that grew up Elia Viviani. Let's hope for the best!!!
He won a stage at GiroBio this year. A talent for sure.

Selling Oss is a big loss as Agnoli, Vanotti and Nibali, but they have some of the most talented in the peloton with Viviani, Agostino, Caruso and of course Sagan and Moser.
I would add Daniele Ratto at that list. He did it good at Catalunya
Also Sarmiento and Capecchi, although they're a bit older than Sagan and Moser. Plus, they've got two young Italians, Aldegheri and Benfatto, joining as stagiares.
No worries about the team for me. They'll be back on top in a few years time.
I think they can be on the top also next year, maybe not for GTs podium, but for the classics they can, if they will sign some more domestiques. I still think Oss is the more shocking of these two transfers, as they have more riders like Nerz, but no one like Oss,real lead-out powerhouse, also great on cobbles. If Sagan will be alone again (even without Oss), it will be huge Liqui fail...

Well, we know who'll win next year's Giro then. As long as he develops as much as the other Sky riders obviously.

Cataldo's got an amazing talent, and I think Sky will have the opportunity to work well with him, and improve some of his skills. Though I think he'd suit better in an Italian team, like Liquigas, mentioned above, or Lampre. |

This is like net commentator mantra already. "Sky will help you to be a better rider".
..lets add..forget GT high GC places. You will work your ass off for leaders.
They did not find GT for Porte..what about you? |

Good job from Bernadeau. Always willing to take a chance on a rider.

Amazing talent? He's 27 already.
Time to showcase that talent then - or will he choose the financially secure option (i.e. Sky's £)? |

Sky is expert in turning average riders in their mid 20's into the GT winners/contenders in a year or two, so no problem here. Did not he have some sort of unique illness? That would increase his chances even more.

Cataldo to Sky
Please dont go through. He'll probably end up leading one race all year, although with a team behind him I think he can do really well at the Giro. (If he even gets a chance to lead, who knows, if Uran or Henao ride they may be made leader over him)
Atleast with OPQS he led a few other races himself too.
But on a team like Liquigas he could probably be one of the big Team GC Leaders all year round, and its not as if Liquigas are short on team support in the mountains compared to Sky.

Sébastien Minard (2 years)
Rinaldo Nocentini (2 years)
and Lloyd Mondory (2 years).

Sep Vanmarcke will almost surely leave Garmin, and will probably sign with Rabobank, even if he affirmed that he has still not signed anything
https://www.spaziociclismo.it/?action=...izia=22000
Euskatel annpunced that is has renewed the contracts of Igor Anton, Mikel Landa and Ion Izaguirre
