I figured out for me that you can sort your table by sorting the "DB" tab before you put anything into the "Riders" tab. For me the most popular way to do so is to first sort by AVG and then by Potential before starting with the "Riders" tab. However, don't sort anything once you started training, and do in no way sort anything on the "Riders" tab, are anywhere else than in the "DB" tab.

I believe the letters aren't working properly, my rider stat go down if I add a training#2 
(3 then F for Marc Goos in case you're wondering)
And happens for Daan Olivier and Danny Van Poppel as well, probably more.

Well I guess it refocuses the statgains so it might not get you past the hiddenish limit for some stats but gets you closer to other ones going up

they are working properly; you may assign a training that has a worse effect on riders than the initially assigned training (you see in column V) causing the "downgrade" opposed to that in those instances

I replaced the old file with an updated version where you'll be able to see all your riders, sorry about that last season this length was enough.  |

Complain about press article bonus
1) I dont think people should be awarded extra money for activity.
2) I dont want to read updates that are made because people think they have to but i want to read updates that are made because people want to. Imo there is a big difference in quality between the two cases.
3) The real important activity is the activity in the race discussions. The activity in the teams thread can only be a bonus. If you insist on awarding money for activity you should award that extra money for posts in race discussions or even more importantly, for reporting races.
4) I believe this will lead to splitting up some quality posts into multiple little details. e.g. I was planning to do a ICL history / stats round-up at some point during the offseason. Might split that big post up into multiple small posts just to make sure that i get the maximum bonus points. Doubt that i would be the only one doing so and that is not necessarily good.
5) I believe the emptyness of the thread is mainly because people didnt reply at all to posts (because that seemingly wasnt wanted). By replying more to those posts there will automatically be more activity & more teams posts.
In fact, multiple people used the previews thread to make monthly reviews / previews of their teams because unlike in the teams thread they would get responses in that thread. These posts belong in the teams thread and would refresh activity if it wasnt for the lack of replies there.
And just to be sure: The money will count towards ICL19 budget and points will count from today till the start of ICL19 renewals?

I did this a) because I thought you couldn't do non rp posts in the teams thread and so yes thought i'd get a response given the rating system breaking, and b) because dominox did it that way But yeah will keep it to teams thread this time around.
Also, agree with knockout, mostly. I like the idea of an incentive for more good posts and activity. but it seems to need fixing (didn't expect a perfect system first time around though ). I wouldn't want it with the EPIC system either (because as much as I love the roleplay there this is meant to be quicker and less activity needed, no? ) but gearing it more towards quality could be the way to go if you want to keep this idea. but idk. I'd be fine with this but a bit like steals could be abused.

We are basically running two parallel threads now:
1)Team Previews and Statistics (the one that was introduced yesterday) - MG Team HQ like posts, all at one place
2)Race Previews and Statistics (the statistics thread from last year) - Where season, (maybe month) and race previews can be posted

No, they're different: one is for non-partial previews and statistics (so what was in the other one bar team previews), and the other is for as you said MG Team HQ posts

Hold up, is it normal that some secondary trainings (A,B,C,D,E,F ones to be clear) decrease my riders new stats once I assign them after I've assigned a primary training (1 through 12)?

Yeah I was wondering about that too, but I think the proposed new stats already take the recommended secondary trainings into consideration. So if you eventually choose the recommended ones nothing should change in the new stats. If you take another secondary training (less suited to the rider) then they'll sometimes decrease slightly, at least that's what I experienced.
