No, you're getting mixed up there.
Resign = to quit
Re-sign = to sign again

No, you're getting mixed up there.
Resign = to quit
Re-sign = to sign again

To answer you question about relegation:
Vacansoleil is easily down, FDJ and Lampre are almost definitely down, and out of Orica, Argos and Euskaltel are fighting for 1 spot to stay up.
Oldfart is reducing the number of teams in WT.
