Welcome to a new Vacansoleil - DCM, We're a fairly new team , but that hasn't stopped is from progresssing into a world class team with goals that goes beyond the skies
The team made their debut on the road in 2009. The team's title sponsor Vacansoleil is a European company which organizes luxury camping holidays. DCM is a manufacturer of premium quality soil fertility products.
I am Thomas Dekker , former rider for Rabobank and I've was offered a contract as General Manager, they chose me because of my experience, and since we're having many young talent, they believed that I could give them the best experience possible.
I was also chosen for this job, because I have a strict eye on everything I'm involved in, but everyone will be given an equal chance to perform their best, however it was the former managers belief that nationality isn't a obstacle , but I see it as that we're going to create a team , which will involve itself with a specific type of riders.

At the first look you can see that we have sprinters, and with me as manager, that is too much. But We have a strong team, worthy of calling itself a part of the WT.
Thomas De Gendt has a decent amount of helpers, but not quite enough for him to go for his big goals, so that is somewhere we can improve. We have a lot of variation among the sprinters and we also have a tiny amount of strong Classics riders.
Here is our shirt for the 2013 season
Our main sponsors is well presented on this jersey, and its colors symbolize for something different and bright. So far that I can understand we won't get other sponsor next year, but perhaps we will see a new jersey next year.

Three is lucky charm, good luck. Vacansoleil did not have luck with its managers so far, so hoping you'll stay on board.
And there goes my hope of signing De Gendt cheap this transfer season.

Good luck with this!
Races for Vacansoleil this season part:
Tour
Qinghai Lake
Wallonie
San Sebastian
Pologne
Danmark
London
(all these are done/in progress/about to start, no action is needed)
Dutch Food Valley
Vattenfall
Plouay
Paris-Bruxelles
Quebec
Montreal
Lombardia
Beijing
Hainan
I'll give you 12 racedays for each rider for the remaining races. You can also set 3 goals for those races.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.
