Interesting where 'Road to le Tour' will go from here!
Nice rides, maybe not up to your high expectations, but pretty strong. |

Well the "Road to Le Tour" was meant to be winning Le Tour, but I had no idea I'd develop like this.

Jagoba did well to grab 17th place on the Champs Elysees
And Fabio should be very happy with his 35th on the Overall GC |

Good end to the Tour. 35th is a good benchmark to push onto a top 20 next season

Sorry for the confusion guys. The 35th (which was actually meant to be 36th) was my place on the stage. I finished 40th in the GC. Apologies for not being clear.

As Sean Kelly and the staff prepare for life after the 'current' Colombia crop, while also staying with the team's roots, we have another new signing. 23 year old Colombian sprinter Christian Torres.
Torres had a short lived U23 career with no results of note, but the unknown youngster is a big talent and an important signing.

A 40th place in the tour on your first year is still a good result hopefully you can improve on that with gettin a top 30 or 20. If you are doing the tour |

Hobbit: It's the area which we're weakest, so it's good to see
Adam: 40th is definitely alright in my 2nd year as a pro, and I think the title would give away that I will ride the Tour at any opportunity

Lodging
Since Jagoba's staying with his parents, he has allowed me to stay in his house until the San SebastiƔn team meets up in about 5 days. If you want to know what his house looks like, I posted a picture of it when I went to do an interview there at the start of the season. I'll keep you posted on anything that goes on.

Tonight I was at a local restaurant by myself, like the cool dude I am, when I ran into someone very unexpected - Sky rider Salvatore Puccio. It was strange seeing him, especially as he has no upcoming races in Spain - at least that I know of. Anyway, we talked about the season so far and had dinner together. I had a pretty nice steak, but it had a strange tinge of something which I've never really tasted before, and I stiil have no idea what it was.

Haha you'll have to wait and see. All I can say is that what comes next I've had planned for about a week, and that actually sounds pretty suspicious, but don't worry
Or do, I don't really care
