Or perhaps I don't want to know it when I know it?

Giro d'Italia Stage 21 Part 3
It's the final show(count)down! Scarponi vs. Puskaric.
Reminder:
Provisional GC at the 2nd time check
1 | Michele Scarponi | Lampre - ISD | 2 | Kristjan Puskaric | SpiderTech - Cervélo | + 26 | 3 | Jack Wiles | SpiderTech - Cervélo | + 3'00 | 4 | Rigoberto Urán | Sky Procycling | + 3'42 | 5 | Tejay Van Garderen | BMC Racing Team | + 7'01 |
Before the top 5 Van Garderen (GC Number 6) was leading, and at the the 2nd time check he was taking Anton's 5th. Antón couldn't do anything to match him, and lost his 5th, after finishing 1'54 down on Tejay.
The next out was Urán, who still needed to get 42 seconds on Wiles to get the 3rd. He completed the course in 42'29, 1'11 down on the young American.
That meant, that Wiles needed 45'00 to keep his place, and he managed to finish 3'04 behing Tejay, which means that he kept his position! (44'22)
And now, onto the main battle, Scarponi vs. Puskaric. At the 2nd time check, Scarponi was in the virtual rosa, with a lead of 26'. Let's his time, it's 42'08, 50 sec down on Van Garderen.
This put a really high pressure onto the shoulders of the croatian, can he take back that 26 seconds? He needs a time of 42'12 to win the Giro.
Here is he, the Maglia Rosa, Puskaric completed the course in...
That means that the 2012 Giro d'Italia champion is KRISTJAN PUSKARIC!
