Dumoulins power attack seems to have hit Yates a bit

This ensures that next two days will be hell.

Pinot another rider with a dropping GC. Lopez, Dumoulin, Pozzovivo, Froome all look stronger for GC while Bennett, Konrad, Bilbao, Carapaz might attack him still from behind. |

2016 was great too, with the final week being the best final week I ever saw. But this can be much better than '16 if they race the last 2 MT stages properly, even as good as '15, maybe even better.

10:48 Lopez
11:03 Pozzo, Froome, Dumoulin
11:23 Carapaz, Bilbao
11:31 Yates, Formolo
11:38 Pinot, Bennett, Dennis
SN was right. There is something wrong with Pinot. Another terrible day for him.

Ah yes true.
Best GT since Giro 2016 lol Doesn't quite have the same ring to it though, plus no Bertie.

Now with Lopez finally in peak shape, who knows what Astana is going to unleash the next two days. The hype must finally come true.

Wow, I'm so hyped about the last 2 MT stages and since I like those stages a lot, I can do a preview.

Showing some weakness = game on even if this stage suits Dumoulin more than anything left who knows, anything is now possible.
Plaza somehow yo-yoing from the start of the climb to second was amazing. QS find a way to win again - Morkov and Schachmann had an 8 minute full gas effort to bridge to the break after it had already gone. Well worth the effort as it turns out!

Pozzovivo looks strong yet, Dumoulin is rising, Yates is soon to say he is downing, maybe a too easy stage he was not so concentrated to feed properly, but I was expecting a decrease in thrid week by him
