Thanks The Rider
Saeco just not able to nail their sprints... Guardini proving a bit disappointing truth be told.

If this is any consolation:
Guardini winning an intermediate sprint with 10KM to go, I think. Though if you want to promote you can't be letting the Namibians win the sprint stages! |

Contador will be 82 (hopefully) next season, so make it three.
Nibbles as well, maybe.
Thanks the Rider for continuing.
I'm very sorry I haven't done much for ICL the last weeks and I'm afraid I won't be able to do more the next ones, as I'll be away for two weeks from next Friday on.
I'd really like to do the Tour de France myself, but I'll have to admit that waiting for it two more weeks would hurt the game.
Soo if someone of the reporters wants to race the Tour I'll upload the stages in the reporters folder. Anyone interested? |

Nice to see my dev-team attacking nearly every stage in bulgaria and even wear the KoM and the youth jersey for a few stages.

Cyclotron - Talking of Quintana, hopefully Bikex can think of something to get more riders to GT winning level. Two GTs out of 3 will become very stale if Froome and Quintana are the clear favourites for two out of the three GTs for the next 3/4 seasons.
Even if it looks like next season will be a bit more competitive you raise a valid point. I guess part of a reason to this problem is that the riders in ICL have the same fitness throughout the season. So top riders can dominate every race they participate in from january to october. Maybe bikex could introduce a system next season where riders have increased or decreased stats for every month according to their fitness plan.
This would of course require a different cdb-file for every month and a lot of excel-wizardry, so it might not be worth it.
@Shonak: I think Contador even has a reasonable chance to win the tour this season. He has shown that he can beat the likes of Quintana and Froome before and looking at the startlist Libertys TTT squad is on an other level ;-)

Quintana won last year the Tour although he was also probably the weakest of the three contenders so I certainly don't have given hope before the start.

@Cyclotron: I would not support that plan of changing stats throughout the season. the MG for example works well without that and I doubt there is a way to make this work.
However, I support the idea of making stats more changeable. Maybe some sort of training could be implemented?

König finally winning a race
Strong performance by him and the whole team. Especially the last stage was just awesome with 4 guys in Top15.
by the way, is there any progress on upcoming races?

A few posts above he has already said that he'll be gone for two weeks, so at least another week no races. Probably more.

Okay guys I'm back from my vactaion and already played through the first two stages of the Tour. However I'm not sure when I'm able to post them as I only have limited internet currently.
On top of that I'm not sure currently if I'm willing to continue the ICL for much longer. I'm for once quite busy, but also lost a lot of motivation. Both visible in the progress of the last few weeks/months. I think it would be quite a shame to quit the game already after not even 2 seasons, so for now I'll try to keep it running, but I'd like if some of you that have some spare time and motivation to help me out with some stuff. Of course that would be reporting, but I could also need some help with excel files and so on. So if you would like to help with something please drop me a PM and tell me what exactly you could do so I know who to contact once I could need a little help. |

finally caught up after break time.
happy with victories in Deutschland Rundfahrt (yes, I was out for that long ), Mount Fuji, Suisse and KOM in Guatemala. Majka preformed excellent as always lately and Valverde proving it's wasn't a completely terrible decision to buy him. 3 wins over the course of the season (33% of all wins) is much more than I expected
edit: dev team kinda dissapointing to be honest as they don't do anything although they did managed to grab some points in Chrono San Michel so I can't complain to much.

Contador exploits PCM by attacking on a downhill. ^^
Sagan with the first podium and many points for the green jersey. Obviously, my goal are stage wins and the green jersey and i once again brought very strong support for the sprint stages.
Sagan's leadout will consist of Kristoff and Haller with Willwohl, Eisel and Turgot as possible replacements should one of them crash out or is exhausted or cannot do his job due to whatever reasons.
Turgot, Eisel, Postlberger and Senechal are the flat beasts to catch the break.
Obviously, I have huge expectations for the cobbled stage as well. Sagan, Kristoff, Turgot are a massive trio who should really do well on that stage and i have more strong cobbler to chase and make it hard for the pure climbers
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Damn you sprinters, that gap could have been yellow jersey. :<
Fantastic start to le Tour with that win and a great team performance too, Castroviejo taking 3rd in prologue. Bertie in green jersey, I just enjoy that for the single day it lasts.

The TDF!
Very disappointing from Wiggo in the prologue, -5 form right there.
3 stage wins & GC podium are the goals for the team: With a good cobble team and a great TTT set-up we can do the former, but the podium will need one of the top three crashing out, fat chance! |

Glad to see this is back for the Tour
Hopefully this will keep running as long as possible, wouldn't like to see my long terms plan fading away after few seasons
I understand Bikex though, everyone has this kind of moments.
