Knowing there were no races ahead, Yamada decided to take it easy in the last race. It was while he was admiring the Belgian landscape when he saw her.
Blue eyes, penetrating and.. mesmerizing. He couldn't take his eyes from the pristine beauty standing at the side of the road. Their eyes met and they held contact for 1.. 2.. 3.. seconds and... a scream! - agitation in the peloton.
In the next instant he found himself on the rough asphalt of Belgian streets, his thigh hurting. He abandoned the race with a laughing and a crying eye: frustrated about his injury, yet happy to have caught a glance of such an exquisite beauty in such an unexpected setting.
Will he meet her again?

Thanks everyone. Good to see that this is still going strong and I can see almost every participant commenting regularly. It really does help with the motivation even if you don't think it does. Particularly comments like that The Rider. Thanks a lot .
All point upgrades have been done now except for Douglas and Meek (not putting pressure on you, just keeping everything in order ).
@the_hoyle, there are 4 (four) Finnish riders with contracts!! That would be one weird race. You never know, you may still become the Finnish champ somehow.
@jaxika, thanks, Zoltan is looking forward to racing in Eastern Europe, and of course the NC's (though he's all alone ).
@cio93, what a well timed sprint upgrade.
@Dippofix, thank god for that, Kelly really is a terrible descender .
@547984, okay, I might let you stay. I just want to give people the opportunity to leave if they want to. I'm not expecting anyone to leave but you never know.
@kyanto, . Sounds like someone's in love! I hope she brought you some grapes when you were in hospital . If there's such thing as a good time to get injured, then this is it. Waldo needs to learn when to crash!
He's comfortably the best TT'er and sprinter from Finland, so I don't think it would be unrealistic for him to be champions of both but I really have no idea how to decide. Same with some of the other riders of course.

Yesterday, he was the german talent who could possibly win one of the big ardennes classics. Is he tomorrow the next big supertalent who failed because of mental problems?
Experts compare him to Sebastian Deisler. The former top talent in German football had to end his promising professional career because of depressionen at the age of 27 after being in mental treatment for few years.
Today, Christian Schröder was seen with a known therapist. A close friend told us that he is in mental therapy because of Schizophrenia.
After being asked by us, Schröder did not want to deny this. Only thing he told was that he wants to countinue riding for Bunzl-Centrica. "Isn't that the best proof that this is just wrong?"
There's no Kenyan jersey so afraid that's unlikely FroomeDog . And anyway, isn't Froome still technically the Kenyan champion because they gave him it a couple of years back?
Also, on that subject, just realised there's no Canadian NC which could be a bit of a disaster if we win that.
@the_hoyle, okay but there's no way for me to prove what the outcome is .
He doesn't have to have a jersey to be champion I guess there isn't a race though, nor any other Kenyans (not counting Froome) so it won't be very hard
