At a very brief glance it bears some resemblance, but as soon as you spend looking at it for more than a second, they are not similar at all, as maddrengen said. Though it is funny. The first time i saw a picture of the Ireland jersey i though that it somewhat looked like a Heineken can...

It has a little shield on the back and in the back of the shorts, but I can't find what it is so.. If someone catches that, let me know

And Portugal, Italia, Czesh Republic, South Africa and New Zealand are done too
Australia should be updated because the shirt of Neoroswell is not good at 100%
I think you could do Ukrain, Japan, Switzerland, or maybe update to PCM 13 size shirts like Spain, Belgium or Germany !
