I wouldn't listen to Marsupilami, is not really reliable 
The merge with Garmin is 99 % sure. What the Cannondale staff and the riders without a contract will do is still unknown, there are no rumours about a pct team |

surprised that Lindeman isn't the first signing for that team since it's basically the whole reason the team was created in the first place.
and the other hand Hoogerland seemed to be desperate for return to the Netherlands. he was so close to throwing a note in a bottle in the ocean begging to take him back
