Thanks guys for getting your entries in last minute.
The deadline for the Tour of Turkey remains Midnight, Tonight, GMT. One stage won't really decide the GC (I hope).
Results for Lombardia and updated standings to come tomorrow.

Podium
1) Vicenzo Nibali
2) Julian Alaphilppe
3) Gianni Moscon
Answer to Bonus Question: Will the race be won by a Climber or a Puncher? is Climber
Vicenzo Nibali claimed his 2nd victory in 3 years at Il Lombardia to become the 25th rider and the 16th Italian to win it more than once. He was the most popular pick among our predictors with seven selections. Jandal was the lone member who picked Alaphilippe. No one predicted surprise package Moscon for the podium. Five among the eight members participating got the bonus question right.
Jandal's picks of Nibali, Alaphilippe and the correct answer to the bonus question gives him the win here. It's been a long time coming. Marco and Hillis - the latter being a first-time predictor and I welcome him to the game - pick up points for Nibali but got the bonus wrong. Croatia makes it a hat-trick of zero scores! The others all get tied second place for picking Nibali and a Climber to win.
The updated table looks like this:
Name | Races Entered | Bonuses | Total Points | Raziz | 37 | 435 | 1440 | AbhishekLFC | 37 | 420 | 1330 | Selwink | 34 | 515 | 1295 | jandal7 | 37 | 380 | 1240 | Marcovdw | 38 | 285 | 1095 | Aquarius | 32 | 255 | 1085 | emre99 | 34 | 365 | 1045 | purepasd | 30 | 320 | 1015 | Croatia14 | 38 | 320 | 660 | Ian Butler | 6 | 50 | 245 | Luxemburger | 7 | 90 | 165 | Squire | 4 | 60 | 100 | United Forever | 2 | 10 | 95 | hillis91 | 1 | 0 | 40 | trekbmc | 2 | 0 | 0 |
The top three remain as they were. Jandal closes in on on Selwink while Aquarius does the same with Marco. Once again, a big round of applause for the former, having joined six races later! Emre leaves the Purepasd behind, whose continued absence since the Vuelta has taken him out of contention. A shame, given that he was a contender for the podium till then. Croatia seems to to be in love with the score of 660, while Hillis gets off the bottom of the table at the first attempt.

Presidential Tour of Turkey Result
Podium
1) Diego Ulissi
2) Jesper Hansen
3) Fausto Masnada
Diego Ulissi won at the summit on Stage 4 and took the individual honours. He was the most popular pick with 5. Second placed Hansen had two picks while Masnada had just one.
Emre and Aquarius win the round, having picked both Ulissi and Hansen. Selwink, Jandal and Raziz, three of the top 4, take tied third with Ulissi. Marco, Abhishek and Hillis draw blanks here. Croatia with his Masnada pick was the only one to pick up points without having Ulissi in the team.
As we near the end, the table shows how there is still a lot to play for...
Name | Races Entered | Bonuses | Total Points | Raziz | 38 | 435 | 1460 | AbhishekLFC | 38 | 420 | 1330 | Selwink | 35 | 515 | 1315 | jandal7 | 38 | 380 | 1260 | Aquarius | 33 | 255 | 1115 | Marcovdw | 39 | 285 | 1095 | emre99 | 35 | 365 | 1075 | purepasd | 30 | 320 | 1015 | Croatia14 | 39 | 320 | 665 | Ian Butler | 6 | 50 | 245 | Luxemburger | 7 | 90 | 165 | Squire | 4 | 60 | 100 | United Forever | 2 | 10 | 95 | hillis91 | 2 | 0 | 40 | trekbmc | 2 | 0 | 0 |
Raziz edges ever closer to the win but with a whole set of Year Long Questions yet to be accounted for, he can't take things for granted. Abhishek loses ground to Selwink and Jandal as the battle for 2nd place hots up. Aquarius distances Marco to have breathing room in 5th while despite his win, Emre still has some work to do to make up places.
Stay tuned for the the Tour of Guangxi...

On the contrary, I have everything to lose. Not sure if this gap is unassailable, but hopefully the final year long questions won't produce too many demons. |

The year long predictions set 1 has 775 points on offer . 2000 is still possible!

Damn, didn't realise it was worth so much. It seems as if it is more likely to see significant changes than not. |
