I had totally forgotten that!
Great news for Cofidis though, in all seriousness. They wanted to go WT and Coppel should have some points.

Taaramae has extended his contract, Coppel is a replacement for Moncoutie.
Yep he extended two years.
That is mistake..he need to move away from this french classic talent kiling confort zone. |

Agreed on this one. This is like the 3th year in a rowe for Taaramae with high expectations. Yet again he didnt deliver.
Was so surprised to see him on the first mountain stage, maybe he rode above his level?
He should have moved to a team like Saxo-Bank
- Once again Riis could have improved him a lot and might release his obv. talent. |

Haha
Well to many riders infront of him i guess
Wiggins, Froome, Uran, Henao, E.B.Hagen.
I really hope Uran and Henao goes to a Team where they could be leaders in GT's. They where cool in the Giro, and Henao now second in the two first stages of burgos. They really have some talent and x-factor. They are already popular and will be even more if they deliver bigger results.
They will work for Froome in the Vuelta :/
The Danish medias have mentioned a lot of internal problems at Sky since so many big riders and talents dont have the chances of reedem themself and ride their own chances.
Because of that a lot of them should be interested in moving to other teams.
Froome, Cavendish, E.B.Hagen are the ones who should be the most unsatisfied people at Sky.
Could be cool to have all these amazing riders out there on different teams to really ride their own chances. |

I think Moncuties replacement is yet to come. Taaramäe said they'll sing a rider similar to him (thats Coppel) and a good climber.

Tour first stage was level what he is capable. Now I want to see injury free spring and then we can see ..can he take one step forward from 2011 season.
Rein to Riis team...absolutely. That would be best for him as rider. He commented also why he signed new deal.
Team is like family
Free role to prepeare and race where he likes
and last..cycling is still hoby he likes..What?
This man realy need a change. |

Geniez in a year or two maybe, he has some development to go but could definitely be a good candidate. Sicard the same and he isn't reliable enough.
Does anyone know if someone like Gautier is out of contract? He could work as a replacement - good climber who is aggressive and not currently a leader in his team. Just an example.

There have been very unrealistic rumours about Fabian Cancellara joining AG2R.
Would be weird, but if they invest in some good classics riders to help him out, he maybe would be satisfied.
Would make AG2R a very descent team |
