Did I just hear "Alpe d'Huez double could be cancelled"?
As if things couldn't get any worse.

I think Purito did best TT. Because he is not a specialist at it, while Froome and Contador are. I still think he had better chance of winning Vuelta this year.

Ridiculous. Demand from Brailsford, anyone?

lal.
Great ride by Contador and in general just a very interesting time trial compared to the one in Mont Saint Michel. Nothing can keep me down, though, cause even though Froome won again, the Belkin-boys showed that they have reached their limits. Hopefully that can translate into massive gaps the 3 following days. Kharma hits hard. |

Now imagine if pushing at tactical bike changes were not tolerated. Would have been very close.
Yellow is all decided, but there will be an interesting battle for podium in the next days. Quintana and Rodriquez should both go ahead of Kreuziger. Mollema, Ten Dam and Fuglsang will be fighting for 6th-8th places.
Those battles will be fun to watch. |

This wasn't a normal tt, this was a tt with two sharp climbs. I think Rodriguez is decent at those, but I could be wrong... |

You have to finish within 25% of leaders time even in TT. |

Tour second TT is always different. Todays profile was special for shure. Still man with better-fresh legs will run Tour second TT always better then some TT specialist |

Typical they must know I have the day off! Having said that I'm probably more hopeful of the following days action - again day off and full stage TV coverage \o/ |
