Nobody really talk about Fuglsang? When Valverde reached the group, Fuglsang sat the pace up, and the group splittet up... He looked better, and was better than Ten Dam and Mollema... |

What is Froomes time up Mont Ventoux compared to Bernard and Pantani etc?
It seems that he was faster than Armstrong. After 240 kms and insane pace throughout the stage.

Contador is really not his old self anymore. He can't keep any sort of pace, I mean basically Ten Dam and de Clerq kept him in check...
It´s pretty insane to think that without Froome Contador would have been in yellow now.
Nope, Mollema is still 2nd in the GC.
Ahh, ya he is still 12sec´s ahead, i thought contador took them.
But what a Tour it would be if Froome wasn´t there. |

Froome.exe has been successfully uploaded to C:\Mont_Ventoux\Summit
Someone pointed out on twitter that people should not touch Froome before he's been tested with a Geiger meter (measures nuclear radiations).
About the timing : the wind was about 6,0 m/s, which costs about 40/45 W when you've got it right in your face.
French TV saying Froome and Quintana breathing through oxygen masks and coughing now. Didn't know he needed oxygen...
What I wonder is what time Froome would have made, had he been trying to recover a 5 minutes lead or so. He wouldn't hold back then, and that'd be a slaughterhouse. |

He was an astonishing 3 seconds better than Mollema and a whopping 13 seconds better then Ten Dam (who set the pace for 3/4th of the climb in that group) ...
