Yeah, I like making bold statements before seasons and look stupid afterwards. But to be honest, I would be very surprised if he at least wouldn't be in the top-4 conversation, at least early on.
And if anything, I think KDs MVP was very well deserved. LeBron is the best player on the planet and certainly carried a Miami without Wade, but tbh, either of them would have been totally deserved. If I had a vote, Durant would be my choice. |

Those bold predictions are fun mate, keep them coming for sure. 
I know KDs season was very very impressive,but still i think he was given that just to shut some people mouth. Westbrook will have to step up, so you prediction can be not so crazy. I think that The Brow will come to talks too, it will depend on how Pelicans will do as a team.

As I said, I thought it was 50-50, but KD was awarded it due to him not winning it previously while James have 4. Both players are spectacular and had probably won it under 'normal' circumstances.
About the Brow, Im not so sure. Pelicans won't probably even get to the playoffs and thats a pretty big measurement stick when talking about MVPs. You gotta at least crack the top-4 in one of the Conferences. Im not denying his skill set and he could be the 3rd best player in the league at the end of the season, but his crummy team won't allow him to get the MVP. At least not this season |

Although the Houston Rockets are my favourite team by a mile, GSW are by far my second favourite team. They are just so fun to watch. Especially the splash brothers |

I've already given up on the Pistons this year.
Smith, Monroe, and Drummond can't play together and DJ Augustin and Caron Butler were terrible free agent signings... feels like Ben Gordon and Charlie Villanueva all over again. 
Going to be another long season.

Looking like a long season for OKC... only 6 healthy players for at least 2 weeks, and they can't really pick anyone up without getting rid of somebody

I wouldn't take too much from it. Spurs didn't play Duncan/Ginobili/Belinelli last night, Heat may or may not be a top 10 team depending on who you ask.
The biggest test will come tomorrow...Golden State is also undefeated. Houston really matches up well against teams like San Antonio, Chicago, etc but struggle against dynamic teams. I'm expecting at least 220 points total tomorrow, with David Lee out for them we might have a good chance.
If we can pick up a win tomorrow then there is really a good chance to extend the streak if you go down the schedule.

This pretty much sums up the Lakers problems and surely is not helping. Kobe is more a cancer in this team. Even yesterdays 44points werent on best shooting with 3/12 3pt only.
