Sounds to me like you are over thinking a lot, which is normal thing to do.
Just got to ask yourself what you want: a relationship, a friend or some fun.
Always simplify these sorts of things

I don't know you that well (  ) and this is an online forum after all so what I'm saying might not necessarily be the way to go  Anyway:
You said you don't know her that well and you've only talked a couple of times. To me, it seems like asking for "the whole heartbeat-kinda thing" is a bit demanding Or have you had that already with someone else that quickly? I didn't (then again, I didn't have a functioning relationship in a while, so what do I know? ).
I'd agree with fcancellara. Hang out with her. Maybe even ask her out. Maybe it works, maybe you won't feel anything. Again, I don't know how you approach stuff like that, maybe you'd be good with waiting for a while and see if feeling develop.
It occurs to me that somehow, most advices I give boil down to "do whatever feels right". Which, after all, probably isn't that helpful because it's a conclusion one can easily come up with yourself ^^ But I can empathize with you, it's a tricky situation
Maybe some useful advice is to talk to some of your friends who know you well but whose main intention is to get you to get her phone number, but who might be a bit more objective.

You can't seriously put Carly Rae Jepsen and Psy on a level with Nikki Minaj and Rebecca Black!! While I agree that both songs are a bit annoying after a while, they are at least decently produced and their influence on culture (Gangnam Style Flashmobs, Call-Me-Maybe videos from everyone etc.) are at least to some extend pretty funny. Minaj and Black are just really, really bad!!
