Thanks guys
For obvious reasons I haven't been really able to get into this race, despite Imladrik's very good reporting. On that note, I'm not really looking forward to the last stage that much either
Congrats Jandal.

Lovely to see Areruya take yellow. That's about the only good thing that's coming out of this race from our point of view (nice reports as well, of course!)

Thank you for some great reports! Nice to Areruya's training paying off for Jandal, it could all have changed last second of the stage but didn't! Overall got way more than I expected from this race, Hermans edging towards the same tier of rider as The Boss when it comes to producing results that are waay above their stats! He sadly didnt get the KOM but somehow manages to finish 3rd in the points with his two great stage results!
Next up in the journey for top 10 is Badaling, this season has just kept on producing one great result after another for us, seems like third time's the charm after all when it comes to PCT glory!

I don't think I've ever seen anything remotely as ridiculous as this in MG. This game is just completely broken.
The race started so well for us, but this complete nonsense makes me want to take a break from the game.
Congrats to Areruya, deserved winner.

Underwhelming race for us, but it could have been much worse. I really hoped Aranburu would thrive on these parcours, with the chance for some very difficult puncheur stages with big gaps. He did show that ability on stage 6, which was nice. But getting dropped in a 40 man group on stage 5 and losing over a minute obviously ruined the race. No way around it. The difference between 6th or 7th and 12th is pretty massive when it adds up over the course of the year.
Nice to see Gregaard managed to stay in the front group today and move up to 28th in GC for an extra few points. Olesen was good today too, although he failed enough in earlier stages to not make the top 50. It was nice to see Sulvaran active throughout the race, getting that stage podium. Unfortunately he's not strong enought o compete for KOM. But maybe once maxed next year?
Congrats to Jandal and thank you to Imladrik for absolutely amazing reports. Great detail and screenshots every time. We're really lucky you've decided to join the reporter ranks.

+ 1 on all the things he said!
And what a final stage this was?! Missing a stage that close and a GC victory by 2 seconds surely kinda special and heart breaking, but the race obviously went perfect for our team, so I can't really care about that lost win(s). McCarthy struggled on that profiles, but Storer and Hamilton delivered big time! Storer had a no-show season until this point, so I didn't see it coming. Hamilton proves, why we went for him in free agency after accidentely losing him in renewals. He's been great this year.
This reminds me of my promotion season 2014, when even those races, where we had no clear favorite, somehow went great (Visconti, I miss you).

From a total fan perspective, what an awesome race. KoM battle across the final 2 stages was amazing. Really thought that Schmid or Roson were going to make the difference today, but Rohendi came up strong. Great strategy to guarantee medium placings across most of the meaningful hills given his lead. Well deserved!
Happy for Areruya for sure, but thought that GC was lost on the line. Can't be upset with any of that top 3 and thankful for a battle to the last second. |

@jandal : Paez at your service my fellow Kiwi
A great stage win from Paez to round off what was a great race for us! Mas staying strong throughout for 4th in the GC is a huge result and Paez adding the points from the stage win and 15th in the GC is great too.
Congrats to Jandal on the GC win and tsmoha on the points haul for Amaysim too. Commiserations to those who saw massive underperformances.
Thank you for the awesome reports and I echo the comments of others in regards to adding real quality to the reporting ranks

Great quality reports, as others have said an excellent addition to the reporter team!
Congrats to Jandal for a dominating win, and commiserations to ROD for Beltran. For myself I was hoping for more from my leading duo, but yeah, started off with a bad TT we never recovered from.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Wow, thanks for the heart attack there JA - thought that was going to be his crowning stage win in yellow but he had nothing in the tank for whatever reason - drinks are on us tonight for the Zara boys and, in the case of Paez, possibly for life
Obviously over the moon with this one, Areruya's first ever GC win is a huge moment for him and the team, our first ever Win Goal achieved is a special one (especially as we have a very tough goals slate this year) and it's nice to have confirmation on training him, even if he only beat a 76/75 rider by 2 seconds, so maybe not Well off his game barely beating 78HI guys, but still got the win, love it. Congrats to tsmoha on a huge huge race, a career week from Hamilton surely and I feel a little bit vindicated having been higher on Storer than my esteemed conglomerate colleagues
I love Areruya so much but it feels strange having this kind of top rider on the team, even Roux back in 2017 who crashed out of the GC of two stage races and still came 2nd in the division, it felt more like he was doing mad shit he wasn't supposed to rather than just being the best rider. I mean this week he was nowhere near his best, barely beating riders much weaker than him, but still got the win. Having top riders has not been the Xero way for the past six years, but I can surely get used to it The team surely isn't used to it either as we brought the strongest squad here who proceeded to do nothing at all in support of Areruya or themselves
Thanks to Imladrik for the reports, as others have said the quality and now quantity from you is really high and we're very lucky and happy to have you in the reporting and managing ranks now

Beltran relegated to a late attacker
Fun race, just not for my team.

Thank you Imladrik for this awesome race!
Dyrnes did a great effort here in that last stage.
Same cannot be said about my other guys.
But congrats Jandal and Areruya, what a win! |

Congrats jandal and thanks Imaldrik for the lovely reports! We’re lucky to have you around
So happy Rohendi managed to hold on to his jersey! Him missing the break yesterday ended up working out well, he contested every point and didn’t totally crack so could keep gradually increasing his lead. So awesome to finally get some kind of positive result this year, and from a recently maxed Indonesian no less
Still wondering what possessed Moscon and Beltran here - both have just fallen off a cliff this season. I hope they can both get their asses into gear and riding competitively soon
