Every year we have a number of riders that progress in experience and subsequently become better riders. This season we had 7 riders who have raced enough to grow as a rider which is the most we have had since the founding of the team. We try to gain as many young riders as possible because it means that heading into the future will mean great things for the team! Below are the riders that have grown this season!
 Miles Scotson
23 Years Old - XP 2017 : Level 1 - Potential : 4 - Upgrade : Time Trial
Miles has spent the past season on loan at Philips - Continental which has helped him grow as a rider! Obviously being his first season he wasn't the most amazing but as he develops and grows we hope to groom him into one of the best TT riders in the world!

Aleksa is another new rider. He has a lot of potential in Stage Racing and we intend to make him the very best he possibly can be! We believe that with the right push he can be one of the top in the CT competition.

Bayly is a great helper and has grown his ability in the mountains and hills and now will be a great support for Campero in the mountains. Maybe even give himself a go one day!

 Taylor Gunman
25 Years Old - XP 2017 : Level 4 - Potential : 4 - Upgrade : Hills
Gunman was our highest scorer 2 years ago. We decided that sending him on loan for a year with Jayco - Cobra9 was a great idea and he comes back better then ever at the age of 25! We cannot wait to see what he can do in the 2018 season!

Schultz is probably our biggest potential rider! He has the potential to become one of the best climbers in the world and we intend on helping him get to his fullest potential!!

Narankhuu is a high potential Mongolian sprinter! He will be the best in the CT or PCT one day and maybe the PT! As long as he stays focus and we continue to support him! Baterdene is going to be great one day!

The next Bewley maybe? Most likely not but Gough has potential and we plan on training him in cobbles as much as possible!

You do have some very nice talents - Gunman especially of course I'm super jealous of, what a sexy rider! Schultz as well is so good, especially with that freaky good RES. All of the riders there should be important for you in the future, can't wait to see them (especially when they come to Xero...  )

Good to see Gunman trained at Hills. He definitely had a great Vuelta for Jayco and just like Bayly and Schultz, he is an interesting rider I am sure we will meet us in the offseason at some point

Yeh for sure!! Still a lot of training to be done on Schultz! And we are hoping Gunman can continue to develop...although a lot of money will have to be spent to do so!
